I had high hopes for this taco bell location, but I just couldn’t justify a good review with the way they made my food. First of all I ordered one chicken chalupa and one chicken quesadilla to go. I usually check my bags before leaving, but I was in a hurry to beat traffic. When I opened my food I found the quesadilla completely fallen apart with melted cheese everywhere. I tried to piece it back together, but it was hopeless so I just threw it away. The chicken chalupa was great except for that they forgot tomatoes on it. They probably heard me say extra tomatoes and somehow got it mixed up. Not too pleased with my experience here, but I’m willing to give it another shot since it’s close to my work.

From the day before Halloween 2015.
Totally disappointed with my service today. We stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier was wearing big pink Halloween glasses and showed a complete lack of care, leaning on the counter talking to her previous customer who couldn’t make a decision in what to eat. Another customer didn’t get what he ordered, and instead of offering to fix it, the cashier tried to justify why she put the order in differently. Piss poor customer service. Not even the shift manager stepped forward to assist the customer who was obviously irritated that he paid more for something and got less.
What’s worse is I called their 800-​number they took my information but gave no satisfaction as far as my visit.
I haven’t been back since.

I don’t normally give fast food restaurants four stars because it’s just fast food. The reason I gave this particular one four stars is simply that the employees here are so friendly and professional. The one employee was training a new hire and both were so nice. The world needs more people like this. Thanks for the great visit Taco Bell Kingston

Typical Taco Bell location. Not the cleanest, not always the friendliest staff, and not always the best quality food. Great when you have a craving, though. Also, very entertaining to sit and watch people try to navigate the very narrow drive-​thru lane… that adds a star in my book!

Not that bad of a place imo. It’s clean, The staff is rather polite as well and friendly too. Very little variety for their menu though and they sort of slack on the meat while they load it up with everything else. No where near as good as it looks in commercials.
Overall, Not that bad of a place, I’d recommend it.

This location is great. It’s located in a fairly commercial area in a small town (if that makes any sense).
Of the many times I’ve been here, I would say the cleanliness is a 3 star. The bathrooms are ok. Typical fast-​food bathroom. The tables are usually clean and wiped down.
Love the food. They have plenty of choices to choose from. The Crunchwrap Supreme is one of my favs. It’s a mis of crunchy and soft shells combined with the basic taco ingredients.
