Great customer service! The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I didn’t even make it to the front desk before he was heading out to my car with me to test my battery. I was in and out with a new battery installed in less than 15 minutes.

This has been my go-​to place for Auto Parts since it opened a little more than a year ago. It is convenient to Kingwood or Porter just east of Russell-​Palmer Rd. on North Park Drive.
I stopped going to the Auto Parts Department at the giant all-​inclusive discount department store chain since I can never find any knowledgeable staff and the selection is limited. The staff at Advance Auto Parts is usually pretty laid-​back but they try to be helpful and will walk you to the actual part you are seeking unless it’s behind the counter. They seem to all have a little more than general automobile knowledge. If you aren’t sure whether to buy Battery A or Battery B, they will be able to recommend one or the other and give good reasons why or why not.
In general, this place just has more of a familiar feel to it for me and the price is usually right.
