I want to preface this by saying that I was extremely satisfied with this company, and I will absolutely be referring them to my friends and family!
I called Maddair frantically one afternoon and in desperate need of help! Fortunately, they were able to come out to my house on short notice and help me out with my A/​C.
I had actually first gone through my home warranty company, AHS, and it was a hassle. It took them three days to get out here, and when they did they ended up quoting me an exorbitant amount of money and actually turning my unit off in this summer heat! I feel like I was scammed, and the problem was still there. This left me frustrated and seemingly out of options.
I decided to look up reviews for other companies. I’m so glad I called Maddair and had Charlie come out to address the problem. Not only did he fix what was wrong, it cost me a LOT less money and it was fixed the same day. He was extremely professional and courteous, and he explained everything to me in layman’s terms, which the other company failed to do. I’ll definitely be using this company in the future!

Last week I had the pleasure of having Charlie come over and upgrade my 23 yr old AC unit, right in time for the hot weather. Very professional and friendly and gave us a great deal. Much cheaper then some other local company’s quoted us. If you ever need help with your AC give them a call.

Happy happy happy. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Charlie was recommended to me because of his stand up and honest character. I have heard and been victim of some less than scrupulous ac repairman. You won’t find that here. Knowledgeable and honest. I will call no one else from now on. No trip charge. No estimate fees. Polite and courteous. How could you ask for anything more? Thank you!
