AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

I got roof and gutter cleaning service yesterday. I was not home yesterday but when I back home today, I was disappointed their job. I climbed up on my roof myself to inspect their work. I can still see moss and loose debris on my roof and they completely forgot one of the small portion and gutter is still cloggy.

When I rented out my property, this company was hired by my property management team to clean off the roof from tree debris and clean out the gutters. When I moved back into my home after the tenants left, I gave the company a try, not wanting to climb on the roof myself. The young man that came out was courtesy and did a great drop blowing off the debris and cleaning it up. Next I may try their window cleaning service.

Have been with them about 3 years. Surprisingly poor job on windows. They left several streaks, and did about 10% of the window sills. Not recommended. They did our pressure washing about 2 years ago, and then doubled the price for this year. Told them NO, and got another vendor for $ 175 less than their current bid.

I don’t know if they have new technicians or what, but I spent $ 465 last Friday afternoon to have my roof cleaned. Last year they did a great job, this year is so disappointing. Not only is my roof not cleaned, my skylights are still covered with tree droppings and they did not empty the downspout baskets for the gutter guard gutters. On the phone, the individual who made the appt told me that it would be included. And finally, their cleanup was not acceptable, still junk left by the front door, etc.

Extremely response team. I got a message through Unilocal and a phone call. Received a quote several weeks ago and then decided to book. Upon calling, they answered right away and confirmed the quote. The quote was the best one of three companies I contacted.
Justin came on time in a marked truck. He answered all my questions and completed the work in about 30−40mins. Because the moss we had was not substantial, he told me to wait a couple weeks for the zinc to work. He told me if it doesn’t, they will come back again. I’m waiting to see if the moss goes away to update this review but I’m happy so far!

Highly, highly recommend AA Window, Justin T and Jeff M did fantastic work!!! We have a very complicated 4 story home, with lots of hard spots to reach. They took there time, got creative to get all the gutters and Windows. Our Windows look great. We truly appreciate their hard work! If you are looking to have your gutters and Windows done, this is the only company you should call.

After requesting an estimate, I received a phone call from the company and was given an estimate over the phone. Sounded reasonable so I booked them and was able to schedule service just a few days out.
Dale, the tech, showed up on time and was super personable and polite. I had asked for a variety of services: moss removal and preventative treatment on the roof of our 780sq ft house and roof of the detached single car garage, gutter cleaning & service, inside and outside window cleaning and pressure washing of a 120sq ft concrete brick patio. Dale did a really great job, cleaned up ALL the debris and put it into my Food & Yard Waste container so I didn’t have to deal with it, and checked in with me about expectations, etc. Whole project took him about 4 hours and total came to $ 535 before tax.
Bottom line: highly recommended for excellent customer service and quality work.

We had moss (and debris) removed and treatment applied –to our roof. Thank you for prompt service at a reasonable price. It looks like a great job. And we didn’t have to supervise. Whoo Hoo. BTW, we were referred by a contractor who doesn’t do steep roofs (ours is very steep). It always seems to me a good idea to take referrals from one contractor to another.

My roof and gutters were totally covered with a 1 inch plus a thick layer of pine needles and branches and underneath the pine needles was quite a bit of moss. AA Windows and Gutters gave me a fair quote to remove all the pine needles and de moss the roof. They were able to schedule coming to my house within a week to take care of it. I then asked them if they service Trex decks and they do so I had them clean that too! I was a happy camper to get it all done!
I noticed a few days later that my side yard had a thick layer of pine needles so I called as clean up was part of the process. They had their guy come back to take care of it. Overall, very nice and very professional. I highly recommend.

As a rule, I generally do not give five stars because its like finding a leprechaun with a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, never going to happen. But with this company it is hard not to give the highest rating allowed.
After sending requests for quotes from numerous local companies, these guys called me back first and promptly. They understand what responsiveness means to a consumer searching for the right balance of price and quality.
The service was done exactly how it was described. They showed up on time and delivered an exceptional product.
They do not haul debris away from the site, but there was so little of it I could put it in my trash bin.
I will be scheduling them on an annual basis. Remember it’s important in the PAC NW to get this service done on a regular basis to keep your roof in good condition.

Great experience with this company. When booking the appointment, they were professional and polite. The job was done when promised. Our outbuilding was missed. I called and they sent someone out the same day, apologized and took care of it. Problems do happen, it is how they get dealt with the makes the difference.
Would definitely recommend them.

I chose AA Window and Gutter because they are local (Kirkland) and I prefer to work with local businesses whenever possible and they had good reviews.
Everything about dealing with them has been pleasant and easy. Billy gave me an estimate based on an image of our house and a few clarifying questions. When I called back to schedule with them Brian was super nice and worked around our schedule. Ryan arrived promptly and first checked in to see if we prefer he start inside or out. He worked quickly, thoroughly and quietly. It wasn’t like having a stranger in the house, I fact our cat didn’t hide even mind him which is high praise in our house. Our windows look fabulous and he reported on the state of the seals which I appreciated. I was so pleased I called to let them know and spoke with Tracy, yet another nice person to talk to. I recommend them and will use them again.

This is an awesome efficient business. They qoted a great orice on my large metal roof in Shorline, WA. They did an excellant job. The young man I dealt with was polite and friendly and got the job done. i like them so much, next month I will have them do my windows.

Gutters are clean which is great, four stars for doing the job. Minus half star for spraying a bunch of junk into the skylight vent which came down the walls into the bathroom and onto the white rug on the floor. Minus another full star for telling me that the gutter cleaning service was $ 200 (big house, understandable) but then charging another $ 75 for cleaning the stuff in the channels of the roof headed to the gutter… c’mon, that’s part of the drainage system on the roof don’t charge me extra for cleaning that or be really, really clear that you are going to be very literal in what you mean by «gutter». You earn back half a star for leaving a note explaining why and how you got junk in the skylight and how to avoid it in the future. I wouldn’t recommend your service but I wouldn’t talk anyone out of it either, so 3 stars.

All of our gutters were clogged at the elbows and we had debris on the roof following the number of rain and wind storms during November/​December 2015. I called a few places to compare prices for cleaning the roof and clearing the gutters, AA Gutter Cleaning won with a great bid! For $ 250 ($ 275 without ongoing maintenance) they cleaned my roof, removed all moss, treated the roof with anti-​moss, cleared the gutters and made a few gutter repairs on my house. For an extra $ 125, they did my shed. They did an amazing job, my roof hasn’t looked this good since it was new. I signed up for a 6 month maintenance package for them to do this same service twice a year. They really exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend them! Note that they do not remove gutter guards under this price point.

I thought it was going to be like all of the other times where I scheduled someone to come in and was stuck with a no-​show.
But three hours into the time window, he showed up. And to be fair, the time window was a large one. I was impressed because right away he was up front and honest and told me that he couldn’t deal with clogged gutters with a leaf guard system. He gave me some recommendations about how to deal with the issue, and left. No charge for coming out.
I’ll definitely keep them in mind when I need to blow needles off the roof or wash my windows. Funnily enough, the previous owners of my house used this service for window washing so they had already had a record and history of the house.

My husband decided to use this company based on the great reviews here on Unilocal and I have to say we were not disappointed. The young man who did the work was so nice, professional, and had absolutely great customer service. He cleaned and made repairs to our gutters and even cleaned up all the mess from the falling debris.
We will for sure use them again, we are 100% happy with their services and would fully recommend them.

Heck of a Job
When I called, I expressed that I was concern about water spots from Seattle rain. The rep (can’t remember name) said that he couldn’t guarantee that all the water spots would come off; however he said they would try their best. They can’t promise because they don’t use some of the harsher chemicals. I was a bit disappointed but I decided to try the service and made an appointment. I figured I should appreciate that he wasn’t making huge promises.
AA Window Cleaning came while I was at work. I came home and forgot about it. My 13-​year-​old daughter stood in front of a window for a few minutes turning her head sideways, then the other way, and back and forth. She says, «Mom, it looks like there is no glass there.» Absentmindedly, I asked her why she thought that. She finally told me to really look at the window.
OMG. I remembered. The window was so clean. I checked all the others. I thought, «Shoot, I forgot to tell them to clean the windows in the garage, AND on the garage door, too.» I was so disappointed, I didn’t want to go look. A couple days later, I went into the garage and WOW, those windows had been cleaned as well. What a pleasant surprise!
I was beyond pleased with the service. AA Window Cleaning knew what I wanted when I had forgotten to ask. I appreciated their honesty (by not over-​promising). I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AA WINDOW CLEANING.
NOTE: I found a skinny line of dust right next to bottom edge of window border on one window. No biggie, because no one else noticed but me.

We have used them twice since my last review and every single time, consistent wonderful service. No really, he cleaned up way more stuff than he needed to. He picked up some branches off the ground.
They are wonderful and I’ll happily use them for years to come!

While in the process of purchasing our current home, our inspection report came back saying we should get our roof cleaned — okay no problem. I consulted Unilocal and started to make some calls. Well, the first call I made was an utter disappointment. See, I had a couple questions about cleaning techniques for my roof (I was told I shouldn’t pressure wash) and just assumed the person I called would be happy to help. She IMMEDIATELY copped an attitude and told me she gets this question 100 times and day and frankly she was tired of answering it. #RUDE
Okay, moving on… Enter AA Window and Gutter Cleaning! I am SO happy the lady at the other place was so rude, because AA was so great to work with! They gave me an estimate within 2 days of the call (I think they Google image searched my house), came out shortly after that (quote was SPOT ON (comparable pricing), did a GREAT job, and followed up a couple days later with a check in call. Everyone I worked with couldn’t have been nicer and my roof & gutters looked great when they were done! I will for sure call AA Window and Gutter for all my roof cleaning /​gutter needs.
