Washington Sewer & Drain

I just used Washington Sewer and Drain a few hours ago, and it was a great experience. I realized my bathroom sink was clogged around 5:00, and since its Saturday I figured I would have to wait several days before I could get a plumber to come. I was wrong! I did a Unilocal search and found WSD, which is actually open ²⁴⁄₇.
The guy who answered the phone was courteous, and he not only gave me a quote for the work, but said if I found a lower price they would beat it. That seemed like a win-​win situation, so I decided to use them. Now here’s the part that amazed me the most… I told him I would like the soonest appointment he had available, and he told me someone would be there within three hours! Sure enough, I got a call less than three hours later and a plumber was waiting outside. It was so fast and easy it seemed too good to be true!
The plumber’s name was Will, and he was a very polite and friendly guy. I chatted with him while he worked and actually learned quite a bit… for instance, he told me that if the garbage disposal ever smells funky (which it does and its gross), a good way to clean it without harsh chemicals is to put ice cubes in it and let it chop up the ice, which cleans off the blades. Good trick!
I give them five stars for customer service, price, convenience, speed and quality of work. I will definitely use them again next time I have a plumbing issue!

These guys were great. I called and grilled them with questions and they were able to actually give me answers and when I called back to see if they could fit me in the same day they said that they were pretty booked but they could send someone out later in the day. We were home so a later appointment was fine. The tech came out and got to work and worked to get our stubborn drain cleared and was totally friendly, just a really nice guy. The final test came in the bill though. Only 6 months before we had a big, local chain plumber come out and do the same job and were charged twice as much! So the fact that these guys have a smaller staff and were able to get to us the same day and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg, well all I can say is I think we’ve found our new regular plumbers!
