Never have we been so happy to owe someone money for 30 years!
Shaun Whiteman, branch manager and mortgage advisor at Kirkland’s Absolute Mortgage, was recommended to us by a friend for our refinancing, and now I can see why. Shaun talked us through the seemingly endless paperwork with patience, good humor, and smarts. Because I’m a freelancer, it all seemed twice as complicated. Shaun made sure everything was as simple as possible.
We felt like we got a great deal on our refi and that all options were carefully explained. And believe it or not, because we live in West Seattle, we did ALL of this over the phone! It’s hard to believe we never actually met Shaun in person, because the service was that good. Also, he has a great sense of humor and sometimes when you have to fill out something like 70 pages, you really need a good laugh.
We’re all signed, sealed and delivered and we finally feel like we’ve gotten the hang of this «paying for a house» thing.
