Carillon Point

Well maintained and very nice staff. Except the security guards. Well this one in particular– it seems that whenever I am at carrilon point– he is working at I feel unsafe around him. He makes a point to stop and stare at me if I am sitting in my car. Tonight he stopped from 15 feet away and stared at me in a very passive aggressive and intimidating way. And the only thing I was doing wrong was not being able to focus on Facebook because some random guy was glaring and staring for no reason. He stopped for at least 45 seconds to stare at me through my car and then maintained eye contact as he walked down the stairs.
Very strange because I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff at carillon point. The valet boys are all very sweet and the people who monitor the paid parking are also very friendly.
I guess I am just surprised and disappointed that in a nice place– I have to worry about the security guard being creepy.
But I guess a creepy security guard is better than none at all…

The Carillon Point Marina is very convenient, great amenities, a nice parking garage across the street and the Marina Bathrooms are very clean.
The management for the Marina is very kind, helpful and quick to answer all of our questions.
We appreciate the high level of service and are happy to keep our boat in a beautiful, clean and high end marina.

Wonderful place to rent space. Great pricing, great people to work with and a Gorgeous view!

Fabulous Hair Salon (GEM) at Carillon Point. Kristin is my stylist… great cut and style every time! Plus 90 minute validated parking.

Carillon Point is a very cool little office park setting. I attended the Kirkland Concours d’Elegance at this location. During this event, there are lots of classic and new cars on display. The location being right on the water was really great and provided the opportunity for vintage race boats to be a part of the show. Very cool venue!
