Emerald City Smoothie

I really wish i could give this location a better star. I previously worked at an ECS in Redmond and so i know how it goes. But i have been to this location multiple times on my way to work in the morning, and on 2 different occasions there was no-​one there during business hours in the morning. This morning i went in 5 minutes before they were opened and the girl was there setting up. My smoothie is extremely easy, and i asked if she was open, and she said no another 10 minutes… I am sorry, but if i was her, and i was setting up, and someone came up 5 minutes before i opened, i would make them a smoothie, not turn them away. Thats awful customer service. I get a lean body with strawberry and spinach, extremely easy, she had the strawberries out already, it could have taken her 2 seconds and then gone on with continuing to open. I have done this before for a customer when i used to work at ECS in Redmond, and its good customer service. Super dissapointed in the customer service at this location. Its a shame…
