I have taken several projects in that were complicated and Mike was a great help, even when I decided after printing had started that I needed to revise the gray… he was patient. I would highly recommend working with him. Every time I have gone in he has been more than helpful!

I CANNOT say enough good about the service I received. Took my passport photo, didn’t make me pay because they weren’t sure if it would be accepted (I kept messing up the photo). They worked hard to overcome the problem, and allowed me to leave without paying, then come back to pay once the Kirkland courthouse accepted it. Outstanding patience and customer service.

One would think a fedex kinkos would have at least a couple working copiers. Wasted ½ hour waiting for copier that did a crappy job then evidently put off that manager to finish my job. Will never go to this lication again.

The manager here is not very friendly or outgoing. I have never had a project done correctly the first time here. For some reason I keep going back, I think it is because of their convenient location.
Kinos in Woodinville isn’t much better.

Once again this location never ceases to impress me!!! No matter what I need and how ridiculously quick I need it sometimes, Sid and Kevin pull through for me! As I may have mentioned in my previous review, traditionally I leave FedEx Kinkos wanting to tip my hair out and thoroughly frustrated — but never this one! This is my go-​to for all shipping and printing and I highly recommend this location!

Real solid place.
Nice, friendly service. Everything you’d ever need, especially if you’re in outside sales.
Free work stations and wifi here! If you dont need to print/​ship anything, theres no discouragement from using a free work station. Plug in your laptop and get to work.

I went in this afternoon as I was in a hurry to get something done for my small business. I found easy parking right on the street, I was helped immediately upon walking in by Valeria who gave fast, excellent customer service, and excellent communication. I didn’t bring a flash drive with me so bought one there for the ease of making this transaction since they have a policy of not emailing (which is how I figured it would work best). She scanned the documents, put it on the flash drive, I paid and was on my way. This really couldn’t have been any easier. This was my first time in here and I would be back.

Located in the heart of Kirkland, this FedEx Office has easy parking near by and a friendly staff. The staff always accepts prepaid FedEx packages with a smile and does not make you feel like an inconvience for only dropping off a package as other FedEx Offfice locations can tend to do. The copy service used here are also high quality and provided very quick. Thanks FedEx Office Kirkland!

Terrible parking, sketchy customer service, slow production, and HIGH prices. Let me give you a specific example: had a 50 page document I needed scanned into a PDF. Pretty straight forward, right? Okay, price is 89 cents per page for $ 44.50 total.
NOW, go to the UPS Store down the street with the exact same project and the price is 12 cents per page for a $ 6 total.
I’ve found that the UPS Store at 218 Main by the Taco Del Mar can do anything that Kinko’s can do and they do it faster, with a better attitude, and better prices. Plus there’s all kinds of parking in their free lot. One thing you can do there that you can’t do at Kinko’s is drop off your Amazon returns.

Terrible customer service early this afternoon. Needed help with scanning and the help was sparse and unfriendly — i was definitely an inconvenience. She may have been busy but… Never mind, I left and went elsewhere! Shame on you, Fedex Kinkos!

Went here to get some blueprint copies done for my boss.
The staff was awesome! Especially one in particular (I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name) but she’s a elder Asian lady. She was very helpful when it came to teaching me how to use the roller-​copier as well as where to cash out & extra supplies like rubber bands to help transport my copies better.
It was a Thursday so it wasn’t terribly busy but there were a couple people getting some stuff done here & there.
The parking is questionable because there is none. Acropolis next door has signs on EVERY parking spot (I kid you not, EVERY parking spot) warning you that there is absolutely NO KINKO’S PARKING. So I went & parked at the Wells Fargo a little walk past Acropolis.
Other than the parking, I don’t have anything to complain about.

PLEASE go to UPS on the 124th st in Kirkland. Not only are they friendly, fast and courteous but you WILL save a lot of money. I am not happy with the help I get in FedEx. Shipping an envelope overnight took way too long. If I had known you have to do everything by yourself on the computer, I would’ve gone immediately to UPS. Not to mention for the same service I would have to pay $ 75 one way and $ 75 the other way, which costed me $ 23 at the UPS store on the 124th!
Save your money, save your time and your nerves and don’t go there.

This place is improving. I’ve noticed a lot of new faces and with the new faces I’ve seen better help and attitudes.
There is one person who gets short with the other employees when they ask for help which always makes me wince, but eventually she chills out.

This place is really expensive, I regret to admit that I am the one caught by a deadline willing to pay more than I should to git ‘er done.
The staff is really great, and have always gone above and beyond to help me, no matter how stressed out and sleep-​deprived I am!

I have to give this FedEx Office location the kudos and thanks its due.
I’m a procrastinator and have created posters for our local music group’s concerts at the last minute, almost every time. I’m usually in a pinch and need the posters printed on a particular quality of paper at the last minute. At this FedEx Office, I think the general manager is almost always working behind the counter. He’s friendly, courteous, professional, and bends over backwards to get my projects completed in a short amount of time. I know he could tell me they can’t do it and send me somewhere else, or charge me fees to get the work done faster, but he doesn’t. (I think his name is Richard.) He has also given me constructive and courteous feedback on my poster design because he used to be a graphic designer.
I highly recommend these guys for your small project that needs to get completed correctly and efficiently.
