I think he is RUDE and so is his Receptionist. I had a very bad infected tooth after exam and x-​rays 200.00 and a prescription for amoxicillin Gruhn would not prescribe a pain reliever without my primary doctors ok, well .1 business day… two business day. three business days went by, Gruhn never had the courtesy to call me or his receptionist confirming the okay from primary doctor whom called his office the next day! I recommend a DOCTOR that cares about the discomfort/​agonizing pain of his patient. I ended up paying a doctor in Bellevue 500.00 to pull the infected tooth.

I recently moved into the area and was looking for a good local dentist. I was referred to Dr. Gruhn. What a wonderful experience this has been, especially since we are talking dentist here.
Dr Gruhn and his staff are wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door, Tami puts you at ease with her charming demeanor. Dr. Gruhn assistant Sue is warm and caring. All the staff are kind and gental (as can be considering we are talking dentistry… not know for a pain free industry) and are always concerned with your comfort. Dr. Gruhn is very good with his technique and gental procedures. His level of quality and concern for aesthetics is shown through his work.
I will highly recommend his office to anyone in the Bellevue, Redmond Kirkland area.

Going to the dentist has always been traumatic for me. Dr Gruhn has made it much easier, I don’t have the same level of terror.
From the start Dr Gruhn and his staff have been very understanding and accommodating. The office is comfortable, and the staff are professional and friendly.
Kind, caring, understanding, helpful, professional, I’ve never had a better dentist!

Just switched dentists because my previous provider was charging me out the wazoo! I was recommended to Dr. Gruhn by a family member and found he and his staff to be down-​to-​earth, friendly, and just plain old nice people. I got a cavity filled in record time, and wasn’t numb ’til all hours as I typically am. The office is modest but child-​friendly and boasts an excellent magazine collection that appeals to many an interest. My only gripe would be wishing their location was in Seattle (rather than the Eastside).
