I just want to thank Heston Technical for *extra* help and I am not even their customer~! I called to see if they work with television antenna repair, and they said that they did not.
As I got to talking with Scott Heston, he took my name & number, & said he would ask around. He found a guy that knew all about TV antennas in our area, who came out & did fix our issue – and at a reasonable cost.
For this owner to go to the trouble and take the time to make calls on behalf of a non-customer strikes us as Truly Amazing, and above & beyond. Be assured if we ever do need anything that fits within their purview, we will most certainly be their customer at that time.

I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking of using this company. Sure they will take your money ($ 35,000+) but when the systems that they sell doesn’t work or is discountinued and makes your whole house system inoperable don’t count on any help unless you want to fork over
«Crestron Service Call is $ 155.00 for the first hour and $ 95.00 each additional hour, prorated at $ 9.50 every 6 minutes, rounded up.»
Of course more details available but suffice it to say not a customer service oriented shop.
