My daughter’s new laptop had a hard drive failure without having been properly backed up and I needed to try to save the data. After calling around and even taking the laptop into one place and having it diagnosed as a $ 400 — $ 600 job, I tried IT Works. Neal, The owner/operator, answered the phone and was patient as I explained my situation. He said that he could give me a diagnosis at a reasonable price and we could go from there. He ended up recovering the data and he did it for about ¼ of what it would have cost somewhere else.
Neal delivers expert skill at a more than reasonable price. His computer ability is not limited to Data Recovery — I would contact him with any serious computer issue.

The Best! Neal, at ITWorks, is a savior. He answers and returns calls quickly to put your mind at ease when your computer is freaking out. He can fix things over the phone, and you can pay on his website. He has picked my computer up and returned it to me on the same day. His prices are fair and decent. His knowledge is excellent. I used to bring my computer to Staples, where they made it worse, sold me bad protection products that slowed my computer down to a snails pace. (Neal can tell you all the great FREE services to use that are equal to the spending Norton versions!). Then Staples would end up selling me a new computer because they would say mine was dead. Neal fixes my problems faster and for less than Staples. I am so blessed to have finally found a tech guy who I can trust to take care of my computer problems and who is wonderful!
