These guys can’t manage any of their subs. Our house actually becomes damaged more when they come in to repair something. We’ve had five separate instances when something was damaged There’s no project management that holds the subcontractors accountable. No one checks on the work and it’s like Toll tries to let it fly under the radar and when you complain they make up an excuse each time. The worst part is that they give you an excuse because the PM is slammed with work, BUT THEY’LL HAPPILY TAKE MY MONEY.
You need to have divine patience to tolerate their circus act. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another Toll home based on our experience. We wanted new but I would have been better off buying a previously owned home.
