I have never seen more dirtier restroom at the gas station than this one. And this gas station is not somewhere in the middle of no where, its here in KIRKLAND JUANITA AREA! Who ever is in charged please do your job!

Large station in a good location on a busy intersection in Kirkland. They have a car wash on the premises, a decent store too. Most weekends there is a flower vendor set up in one corner of the lot so you can impress your sweetie with how thoughtful you are. Fill up and kiss up.

Worst car wash ever & even worse customer service! Got $ 8 Works Wash & the pictures are after going thru. I talked to the attendant, or possibly owner based on how stingy he was, showed him my car & said that the car wash didn’t work. He said you used it. I agreed & said clearly only half of my car got clean & asked to go thru again. He asked me repeatedly if I’d used it before trying to claim user error. I said yes. He then argued I did it wrong & asked me what’s different. I politely restated that this time my car did not get clean. I did not receive the service I paid for which was a clean car. He then said he’d go out with me. I thought he was going to take me through the wash, as if it needs a tutorial. But I agreed to get my service. But, it was only to switch the blame from me to the amount of dirt on my car. He would not let me go through again or issue a refund for the $ 8. Apparently, at this car wash, my car should be clean first. I won’t be back!

It’s a gas station. A chain one at that. So there’s not really much I can say about it, but it seems to do what I want it to do.
I usually pay at the pump so I don’t really interact with the people working at the store, but on the few times I have (e.g. my card is being weird) they’ve been pretty courteous and got me all sorted. I do find it a bit annoying how the pump always asks you if you want a car wash when you’re done fueling up.
there are plenty of vacuum cleaning stations scattered around the lot, and you can also test your air pressure for free at the air station thing near the car wash, but it was surprisingly expensive if you actually needed to put air in your tires.
The coffee joint that’s on the same property is pretty decent.

Do I hafto give it even a star??? Went into the store and bought a six pack, 2 big bottles of water and 3 bottles of pop. The guy rung it all up and stuffed everything into the plastic bag, since there was quite a bit in the bag I asked politely if he could double bag it. Giving me a nasty look, he said it would be 10 cents extra for the bag. I asked if he was serious and he looked me straight in the eyes and simply said «yup». I said I have never had someone charge for an extra bag and he literally told me to go fu&$ myself. Needless to say I just left! WOW, Never going there again! Didn’t look at his name tag but he was a Mexican guy that honestly looks like a nasty version of Mario from Nintendo, if u see this guy behind the counter, do yourself a favor and just leave!
