Great groomer for big and small dogs. Vanessa is very patient and caring. Highly recommend.

My dog is wriggley and busy and I’m sure not easy to groom but Vanessa always takes her with a smile and gives the cutest cut and nail trim. When we were getting ready to leave my dog went over and gave her several licks and kisses. That means everything. We are very happy customers!!!

Vanessa is great! Her grooming is excellent. We will be regular clients from now on. Very impressed.

Love this place! I take my 3 dogs here & I’m very satisfied. I also love that she works around my schedule, being open 7 days a week sure does help!

Took my dog to here twice for bath, brush and basic cut (paw hair and butt hair), both because non of nearby groomers had openings. First time when I picked my my dog, he wanted to get out of the shop so desperately, which is rarely cuz he usually likes people more than dogs. I didn’t really mind and still thanked them for taking care my dog.
2^nd time when I went picking him up, again he so desperately wanted to escape, and when I was paying, they told me that my dog almost bite the groomer when she’s brushing him, and they «refuse to take him again before He receives some training». Hey lady, firstly my dog well has been trained and always behave well. Secondly my dog never bites. He must have had a strong reason that made him need to defend himself.
Then, a few weeks later I took him to another groomer, and needlessly alerted them about the allegedly defensive behavior. She said ok she’ll watch it. When I picked him up, she told me my dog is the sweetest boy and very comfortable there. Oh yes I can see that because not only my dog didn’t want to run out of the door, he sit patiently waiting for me to pay the bill, and kissed the groomer goodbye. What a big difference!
So, here my thoughts: I REFUSE to take my dog to this shop until they receive some training about doggie care and grooming.

So now you’re trying to put the blame on me? That’s very professional indeed.
Fine, anyway. You can have your version of it, and I can have mine. So here you go:
1. You didn’t mention anything about biting at all after our first visit.
2. I DID apologize and asked about if the groomer is alright when you told me about the alleged biting after the 2^nd visit.
3. He just got his summer cut in mid-​May and had only about 1 inch long fur when he’s sent for bath at your shop. Guess it’s so hard to de-​matt?
4. His new groomer who takes care of him carefully and gently really loves him. Please save your worries.
I will put an end of this dispute and won’t respond any further. I believe you must also have customers who enjoy your services and unfortunately I am just not one of them. All the best.

Owner is great to our dogs! Treats them so lovingly and well! One of my pups does not do well with new people (scared, jittery) and he just loves her! Quick service, always call to let us know they are done. Awesome customer service as well!

I already used you for my two Sharpeis and was very pleased with results. You had already given me a quote. I’ll be back when they need it again.

$ 46+tip only to wash my 12lbs Bichon and they gave him back half dried and not combed !!! Wish I could give less than one star!
P. S. the statement below from the owner is not true. We woud never pick him up if he wasn’t ready. My husband was told sorry he is little wet with no explanation …

NOT recommended. The venue is depressing and overly sterile (not in a good way). New to the area, and went to get my dog groomed. Cut was mediocre at best. Extremely uneven, and the areas that I asked the groomer to particularly focus on (between toes, back of arms/​legs, and ears) ended up being the worst. I had to come home and even out the cut myself. Nail clipping was supposedly included, but that was not trimmed at all. Paid more for a tooth brushing, but there was no evidence of that done (had a bit of plaque before going in, still there when picked up). For $ 75, you should absolutely go elsewhere and get a quality cut by people who know what they’re doing.

Worst job ever. I took My dog here bc nothing else in the area had openings. Three hours later and she still wasn’t done. Her haircut was unreasonably and noticeably uneven, Her toenails barely got cut, the hair around her eyes wasn’t taken care of, I could go on! Not to mention my boyfriend picked her up and overheard the groomer saying to another customer «we had to shampoo him two or three times to get fleas out so he might be a little dry», and didn’t even think to give us a heads up to watch for fleas on our dog (thank god she is given monthly frontline). I feel like a terrible person for sending my dog here, she couldn’t wait to jet out the door my boyfriend said. I wouldn’t go back even if there was a free promotion.
