Dan and the whole team at Kutting Edge Fitness are top notch. As a sports chiropractor helping people improve their movement patterns and move without pain is something I do every day. After Dan ran me through his screen, I have to say I was blown away. He was able to efficiently and succulently find the areas that were dysfunctional and then prescribed a program that not only would increase my fitness, but help me move better at the same time! His knowledge and personal passion are un-​paralleled.
They take the time to tailor a program specifically to you and that will help you reach your goals. In addition they provide great nutritional information and you get to be a part of a great community! Give them a try today, you won’t be disappointed!

Really enjoyed KE’s group fitness class last Saturday. Adam and Val were very welcoming and my wife and I got a great work out. We checked out their «Saturday For a Cause» class and had a great time. It was a very well rounded work out, great for an intro to their facilities. They did have equipment for more performance and strength based programming as well. Clean, professional, and friendly on top of a great work out. I recommend this place for sure.

It seems like there aren’t many classes dedicated just for your core lately, but I saw that Kutting Edge offers a class called Core Training.
Welp, it turns out I got way more than core work out of that class! And I mean that in a good way. The set up of the class started off with some warm ups followed by a circuit style workout with a total of 5 stations. Some of the exercises we did were TRX/​Ring work (rows, push ups, fallouts), medicine ball thrusters/​push-​ups/​lunges, band pull-​aparts and v-​ups. Not only did I feel my core getting worked, but I definitely got a great full body workout from that class.
I really love the vibe I got from Kutting Edge. The people in my class were friendly and definitely work hard during the class, while the instructor (Valerie) and owner (Adam) made me feel right at home.
I recommend this place for all fitness levels. If I lived in the area, I can see myself being a regular at Kutting Edge Fitness.

If you are looking to achieve your goals and cut out the BS excuses you make, this gym is for you. It is dynamic, friendly, and the trainers make sure you see results. Everyone is geared towards a better version of themselves owners, trainers, and members. This is the atmosphere you want to be apart of when you’re ready to make a better lifestyle choice.

This is the most inspirational practical gym that exists on the east side. The trainers design the hardest but most executable workouts that seriously get you in shape. The trainers keep you motivated and accountable and everyone that works out here is so nice it truly feels like a small family. The spirit of encouragement in the group workouts motivates you everyday to give your best. I feel that unlike a big box gym with free equipment you come in and give your all with the workouts designed instead of wandering around lost in a big box environment. Dan and Adam you are doing it right fellas. Val and Garett keep kicking our butts! Oh yeah they have just expanded their space too so even better!

What a great place to work out, the staff is personable and really knows about healthy living inside and out. This type of support is rare and most places just want your monthly fee and there is very little support. They want you to be successful with your goals. They are also huge givers in the community and that is important to me!

The Team at KE is great. They perfectly balance pushing you to reach your goals without being over the top and setting unachievable targets. The one-​on-​one approach makes such a difference in establishing a good program and the proper form to keep from getting injured. The classes are a lot of fun as well. A nice blend of having enough folks to enjoy working hard together without the group feeling too big. Challenge Friday is a lot of fun as well. Being able to see your improvement month over month is great, and if it was not fun in the process I know I wouldn’t be showing up!
Dan, Adam, Ben, Val and the gang are great with understanding proper movements of the body, diet, etc. I have been in my share of crossfit over the last few years and if you want to keep getting injured, keep going to those crossfit «boxes». If you want to improve under the watchful eyes of a team that knows how to train properly, then come to KE.

After many failed attempts at gyms, diet programs, and personal trainers, I have finally found the place that I can succeed! After 5 weeks I have started to lose weight, gain loads of strength, increased energy, and most importantly I have found me again! The classes are enough of a change up to not get bored, the semi-​private lessons fill my personal needs, and the environment just works! Every day I walk in, I am greeted by someone who knows my name, asks how my day is, and genuinely cares. I found a place that suits my lifestyle! The coaches and staff are amazing, the others who work out are kind and helpful, and I never feel judged by anyone! Thank you Kutting Edge for helping me be a better person, mom, employee, and other countless things!

Stoked to have Kutting Edge Fitness so close to our physical therapy practice in Kirkland. I’ve known Dan and Adam for quite a while and trust my athletes and recovering clients to their training as an extension of our rehab. I was also able to attend Ben’s inservice on dietary myths and feel this aspect of fitness is crucial to successfully achieving goals. They have a great team, inviting atmosphere and expertise. I really only use Unilocal to write reviews for places that go above and beyond, so 5-​stars from me!

Amazing facility and top notch trainers! They absolutely know their stuff. They make workouts fun and different, and you are always just the right amount of sore afterward. Great place!
