I’ve never wrote a negative review in here but I thought I needed to share my experience here. Really horrible costumer service! First, we didn’t get all our orders so I went back to get the items that were missing(coffee and fries). Second, we ordered a meal set and instead were charged for each individual items. So I had to go back and kindly ask them to correct the bill. The lady that seems to be the manager was so rude and inconsiderate when I went back the second time to ask for a refund. Instead of correcting the mistake their cashier did, she blamed us on how we ordered. During this whole process she didn’t even look at me or show any kind of humbleness. At the end she basically threw the money back at me and walked away. Never apologized to us, seriously not even once. I will never go back there!

have been going to this mcdonalds ever since I was born. quality has gone down hill. 3 packets of ketchup for a full meal? and cold old fries? not coming back here anymore. and the staff is rude. and I ordered large fries. not small fries in a large fry container

For this location I have no complaints about food but their drink machine. Over 3 times in about 6 months I have gone and the soda machine was broken and they could not sell soda or Diet Coke. Never had this happen other times in my McDonald history.

I honesty hated this palce. I ordered a big Mac with no cheese or mustard. Of course the add 3 slices of cheese and for some reason added a LOT of mainline, relish, and I ordered a small size of frys and I got a large and the frys were dumped all over the place. I demanded to talk to the manager but she was gone! this is the worst place ever! It deserves 0 stars!!! not happy with them.

I’m not a big burger and fries person, so I can only speak to two things. But I’m from the South, and these two things make me feel like home. First, the bucket ‘o sweet tea(currently $ 0.99), yum. Secondly, the breakfast biscuit. It’s not a perfect Southern biscuit, but it’s the closest I’ve found in the area. I personally just get egg and cheese. But you can get all manner of breakfast meats on it. The key is the biscuit. It has to be clog your arteries bad for you to be even close to a home reminding biscuit. So if you want a little taste of the South, go to your local Mickey D’s and order a bucket ‘o sweet tea and a biscuit. :-)

Always always always check your drive-thru order before you drive away. Did I mention to do this always? Even if you have 10 cars behind you. This is our local McD’s, and they got our orders wrong 95% time until we wised up. And yes, even when we double-check, there is STILL usually something missing or wrong. Trust me, staff is super friendly and apologetic. But that only goes so far with such a terrible track record on order accuracy. I mean, who forgets a toy for the Happy Meal? Just found out that for 20 piece McNuggets, they only give 3 sauces. When I asked for one more, they said it would cost me $ 0.50. Really!!! I have no prob with limiting sauces but why give 3 for 20 pieces? Seems odd to only allow 3 and not an even number of sauces.

This is my local McDonalds and they frustrate the hell out of me… I’m usually with the kids and in a hurry when I stop by here but they only get my order correct about 30% of the time… The other day I came through the drive through for breakfast — I only ordered a burrito and a coffee they asked me to pull in a stall as my order was not ready… 10 minutes later I just drove off because I had to get to work… Tonight they totally screwed up… Missing burgers, missing chicken nugget dips… I’ll keep going to McDonalds just not this one…

I know it’s Mcdonalds but the kids area is a mess(garbage and food on the floors) and someone stole the basketballs.. it’s close to home but I might try a different one if we decide to go cheap and play at a Playplace again.

Dirtiest McDees ever(especially the kid’s play area). Garbage overflowing in the containers, food debris on the floor and unflushed toilet. I could kind of understand if it had been busy but it wasn’t and several employees were standing around. Ray Kroc must be rolling in his grave.

I hate to give away a great spot for coffee in the morning… but at a $ 1 for any size drink its a steal. The place is clean, well lit, the music isn’t loud and you don’t have to wait in line for 10 minutes.

I go here often. The drive thru is fast and the workers are nice. Food quality is better than most. The lattes are cheaper than across the street at Sbucks. Good hot oatmeal too.

Play Area = *** Parking = ***** SPF = ***** McDonalds just like any other McDonalds. Food and service were just fine. We went today for lunch and to play out of the rain. Play Area(3 Stars) Not very big, but clean and well maintained. Kept my 2 and 6 year old entertained. Parking(5 Stars) Lots of parking SPF(5 Stars) Indoors. Nuff said.

Itsa mcds what can you say… I don’t know why I always forgot about this one when doing the soccer mom/school trip things. It is a good one to drop into from Finn Hill on your way out to the fields.

While McDonald’s as a whole falls far below quality food, this particular location falls further. A new building didn’t make it better at all! I’m all for second chances but the food here is perpetually cold and stale. And as one of the few McDonalds that still has a play area, expect to have kids screaming in your ears the whole time. Go to the Totem Lake one instead!

I stopped in here when the kids were screaming for something to eat. After ordering their happymeals, it was time to decide on what mamalicious was going to eat. Looking up at the options I saw that the McRib was back. Here is my theory of how the comeback came about Employee: boss we just cleaned out the freezer in the warehouse and found like a million of these McRib patties what should we do? I have listed some options as I am striving for employee of the month a. sell them to the military to use for target practice or skeet shooting b. they could be used as happy meal toys if we dressed them like spongebob c. maybe make a come back like Indiana Jones Boss: my new Mcemployee of the month, I like the way you think. Lets bring them back. We’ll pretend that there was such a demand, the population was screaming for them. McBun McSauce McMysteryMeat McJoke somethings are better left in the past. I’ll pass on the McRib unless it came with a guaranteed monopoly boardwalk or park place gamepiece winners. c.

Well, they have been reopened for a couple of months now in a huge new building. I haven’t been in there since. I assume it’s still McDonalds so what more is there to say?
