Subway

I know it’s just a Subway but come on people, pay attention and do your job!
I have been here a few times since I live in the area and unfortunately I almost always have a problem here.
On this particular trip here I had ordered a Ham, egg and cheese flat bread sandwich and they forgot the egg, lol. I mean it’s only 3 ingredients and yet they forgot one of them. Then when I said you forgot the egg, they asked white or yellow, I responded yellow and the guy grabbed a white one. I repeated that I wanted yellow and he said they were out. Then he said something to the lady working next to him, went into the back and came back out with a yellow egg.
I know it wasn’t a huge deal, but like I said before, there is always a problem when I order something here. I think part of it has to do with the fact that not one person working here seems to speak English as their first language.
I would suggest going somewhere else or going to another location.

ordered a 5 dollar sub and somehow they charged me almost 8 dollars for it… i didn’t ask for anything special.
overcharged so f u.
maybe should have complained but i shouldn’t need to.
sandwich was ok. would rather make one at home.

Yet again, a review where, upon comparison to others experience I become more convinced I am really an alien, in the wrong generation, or living on an alternate plane of existence.
I routinely take the TeenHorde here for quick eats, especially BabyofTheFamily (so he can load up on enough sandwiches and pop for gaming sleep-​overs) and it’s been quick, friendly, correct orders in a clean, unassuming shop.
Truly, nothing of note. Food is as expected and how ordered, taste and quality is acceptable, staff is always cheerful and quick, and nothing seems amiss in cleanliness.
And honestly, the reviews below focusing on the ethnicity of the employees and doing so in such derogatory descriptive are absolutely shameful.

Ok, I understand its subway but I eat and subway often and never had a bad experience until now, and i will not go back to this particular subway ever! It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I stopped for a quick dinner and brought it home to eat I took one bite of my steak and cheese sandwich with onions and ranch dressing and it tasted sour, I order this often so I know what it should taste like, it was either bad ranch or not ranch. I was unable to eat my dinner and just through it away. We immediately called to explain what had happened and I asked that they at least through out the ranch so that nobody else would get sick, the person who answered the phone did not understand what we were trying to tell her, his was re explained several times, only to get told to call back tomorrow, when we did it was the same old story, there was nothing they could do… I wasn’t expecting anything just didn’t want anyone else to get sick, however an apology would have been nice! Do not go to this subway as there are many other subways to choice from!

Worst Subway I’ve been to. Went in around 6pm (they close at 9pm) and they were already cleaning up and putting chairs on tables, and the lady behind the counter was counting the till. Stood there for a solid 60 seconds and wasn’t acknowledged in any way, not even any eye contact. Decided I’d rather not give them my business and went somewhere else. I will never go to this Subway again.

Clean and fast service

I think this is the Subway near the ballfields in Kirkland. If not, then I am trying to write a review about that one. What a horrible sandwich. The lazy worker clearly was not switching the bread out, as my bread was SOOOO stale. Like, it was baked in the prehistoric ages or something. And the roast beef tasted so phony and processed, I won’t be ordering that particular sannie again. NO WAY.

Anyone who rates a subway better put 5 stars, and the reason why is you get to pretty much make your own sandwich, its whatever you want on there!
Save for customer service and being clean, that the bones of it.

No one goes wrong with Subway

The «help» was surly, the «fresh» bread was dry and hard, the completed club sandwich was awful.
I remember saying everything on the sandwich, but then I changed my mind and didn’t want peppers of any sort. Boy did that sandwich maker throw a tizzy, I should have left, but I was hungry. Never again… It’s been 2 years since I have been to a Subway, now I remember why.
Bottom line, try a Quizno’s instead.
