Shout out to Darian (not sure if spelling is correct) for going above and beyond with helping my fiancée and I get our left blinker working. He cleaned a corroded socket for us and helped us install a new blinker case (also offered up some great advice during our encounter). Was very friendly. Dude deserves a raise for sure.

I bought a headlight at redmond location & it turned out to be the wrong one so I returned it here. I dealt with young man Ryan. I told him I paid with cash and gave him the change Redmond store gave me which was $ 4.09 because I paid $ 20.50. Item was $ 16.41. He immediate got confused and refused to listen to me. I said I was surprised how new generations cannot do simple math. Instead of listening to me he gave me back $ 20 only and asked me to leave the store. And he actually tossed the mo ry on the counters. After shorting me he ask me to leave? I almost left but I do not take rudeness from stupid a, so I walked in and asked for my $.50 which I got. Kid, just because you have good looks with blond hair, it doesn’t mean you don’t need math or respect older ladies. Kids these days really cannot do math and they got no manners or respect.

I will never shop here again because the manager is the WORST at customer service. I work in retail, so I understand that sometimes there is frustration in certain situations, but all I was doing was trying to return the wrong chains that were sold to me by them only an hour before! He told me that all sales were final, which was not explained to me when I purchased the chains, or else I would not have bought them to begin with without knowing 100% what I needed. He ended up doing the return AFTER he decided to be passive aggressive and act like I was the dumbest box of rocks on the planet.

Dude steered me too the most expensive wind shield wiper at 27 bucks and then could not produce a paper funnel for the quart of oil I was going to buy.. so I ended up going to the Shell station down the street. PITA.

I purchased a car battery here in 2010. Recently, the battery started acting up. I took the car to O’Reilly’s and Richard tested the battery and found that it was indeed failing to keep charge. He processed the warranty and got me a new car battery and *also* installed it for me. I couldn’t ask for better service!

These guys are the greatest.
Went in to the store to get a replacement battery for my sister’s Hyundai, which I had driven there. They have my battery, bypass the core fee since I’m going to pull the battery and swap it there in the lot.
They offer me the tools to do the job, but I explain I don’t need them. Yeah right. Back in I go and they share the tools I need.
Battery swapped, core returned, boom boom — all done. All with great customer service, jokes and smiles.
Did I say these guys are great?!

I had broken light bulbs to replace, a few times over the past two years. They were always different ones, and by now I must have replaced all of them. Every single time I got an excellent service. Not only would they help me identify the ones needed, they also replaced them for me, promptly, efficiently and the service was just excellent. We also got tire chains there and different small material needed for our cars. This place is definitely our primary source of material for our cars, and I would highly recommend it.

I had my Hood’s suspension part changed. I was fairly charged, being helped. I definitely recommend this place.
