Achtuning

Came in to get my Audi A4 flashed with APR Stage 1 and really happy with the results. My car responds like how it should without any issues. They took a little longer, 1hr and 15min versus the 50mins they quoted, but that was due to my car being and older model. They were great with explaining the different options with tuning and even gave some useful tips about my car unrelated to the tuning. Overall really nice guys that have experience in what they’re doing!
FYI: They have a comfortable lounge area for you to sit and watch TV, but there’s not much in the surrounding neighborhood.

Since I purchased an Audi B5 S4 two years ago, Achtuning has fixed any problem that I’ve experienced with my car (two CELs, leaking auxiliary water pump, and a charging system overhaul). Customer service is top notch! They make sure you are taken care of, treat you with respect, and effectively communicate through the process of having your vehicle repaired /​upgraded. Kelly at the front desk is very knowledgeable about German cars and works hard on your behalf. No other performance based shop compares… the quality work performed by the techs will have you leaning your head out the window as you drive home yelling, «Ausgezeichnet!!»

I got my chip here and I also got a stage 2 clutch plate replacement (which didn’t go very smoothly). The first issue was regarding a little known OEM failure mode regarding the pressure plate, and the second time was slop in the flywheel and a leaky transmission seal (can you say intermittent failure???) that was missed previously. Kelly and the team made sure that I was completely happy! Any other shop would have sent you to another place to figure it out (on your own dime no less), but they were determined to get it right. They worked around my schedule and made sure to have it ready when I got back from my business trip. I cannot thank them enough! So happy to have it driving like new again! Thanks Kelly and Rob!

I am a 3 time customer here.
The last visit was about a month ago to get my Audi re-​flashed with the latest ECU software. The re-​flash that normally takes about 10 minutes ended up being a 3 – 4 hour task due to some complication with my car. For a job that doesn’t net Achtuning much money, they didn’t give up on me or the car, and stuck it out till the job was completely done.
I appreciate their extra effort and customer service.
I’ll be returning for more work on my car.

The place to go for your euro car needs! They always have top notch service. Always very informative and on top of what’s new/​hot product wise. I will not take my current or future vehicles anywhere else for aftermarket parts.

I recently found myself in a bind as our Audi had developed a leak in the vacuum system. As it turns out, this leak not only effected the way the car ran it also effected the braking system. I limped the car to Achtuning on an afternoon when they were swamped. Kelly at the front desk, realized the car was not in very good shape to drive, and was willing to lift the hood and quickly identified the problem. He ordered the replacement parts and got the car back in our hands. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional, I definitely agree this place is a candy store for the German car enthusiast. Top notch!

Great people at achtuning! Lost a couple of extended wheel bolts for my spacers in my garage. Stopped in to see if I could order a new set. They had a few of the same bolts in the back so they sold me them for wholesale price! Saved me 40 bucks!

What an experience! I did some researching and found out that this guys have the wheels I’ve been wanting to have for my 2013 S4. I was hesitant at first, but after having conversation with their customer service rep, they’re knowledgeable and friendly. The purchase process was easy and smooth, Exceptional customer service and delivery time. Very Satisfied and Happy of how my car looks now. There was a little mishap on the mounting one tire to wheel, but Skyler took care of it and provided a simple solution. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and others.

Achtuning is one of the only european/​German shops in the Puget Sound that I entrust with my car. A true enthusiast’s candy store. The guys here are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the sales floor is very professional. They sell quality products, do installation in-​house, wheel mounting and balancing, alignments as well as other tuning services to enhance your car’s potential.

Great guys who really know their stuff. I have purchased wheels and spacers from them. Besides being knowledgeable about performance products, they go out of their way to help out the community with charity drives that collect thousands of pounds of canned food every year.

All auto enthusiasts can tell when they are speaking to someone who knows what they are talking about. These guys are just those kind of people. I have been to this shop twice for two different products and installs. They are quick in the install, professional in the follow up and service. The products they sell are solid as a rock and work great. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the guys at ACHTuning so far.

PS: A waiting room in the actual shop itself would not be a bad idea.

Achtuning is a top notch establishment. Through them, I have done three mods (all installed by them). On one of the installs, I did have a question on how the exhaust should be/​sound. They asked me to bring it in and essentially went above and beyond trying to rectify a product issue (not one that they manufactured, but they installed). Bill and Nate spent 4 (FOUR) hours of their time and essentially left no stone unturned. Problem has since gone away. They made sure I was completely satisfied every single time and I’d entrust my car to them more than I would my car dealership. The guys on the Sales side are vastly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with every time (Dion and Skyler). Never worried if I had a question (simple or hard — they’ll get to the bottom of it).
Mods done by them:
— ECU flash (free install and overnight shipment to and from tuner and stored my car in their garage in the meantime)
— Brakes — pads, lines and race fluid. Walked me through break in as well.
— Catback exhaust. Installed and troubleshooted (at expense to them).
Bought from them:
— Cold air intake. I got notification that it was available as soon as the product was unloaded off of the truck.

These guys are terrible. And judging from the rebuttal to the last review, they’re immature as well. You should be ashamed of lashing out at your customers. Why not just try to set it right? Tsk tsk.
