Initially, Overlake was really prompt in getting an inspection for my roof scheduled. The guy who came out for the inspection was fine. However, I have never received the promised written estimate (told it would follow shortly after the inspection). I made a another contact with Overlake, thinking it was an oversight. It’s been awhile since I made that inquiry, and I have not yet heard back from them.
In the meantime, we got a great estimate from a competitor we contacted after Overlake. The competitor’s estimate was reasonably priced and provided very quickly with a lot of follow up (email, mail, and phone call). I think we’ll probably go with the other guy.
