I called pest control northwest, in a panic over an ant infestation. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with trey directly. He went above and beyond the call of duty. By not only working with me budget wise. He also set my appointment for that afternoon! He took his time to inspect and treat my home properly. He showed he was compassionate about his job, being done right. It was well worth the money spent. He is not just about a pay check, he truly wants happy and satisfied customers. I would highly recommend him to others. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results.

Trey is a very nice guy and he definitely has expertise for what he does but he really charges more than other companies. Please check other companies price before you go ahead with Trey.

I have called Trey Shelton of Pest Control Northwest twice when I was freaking out (the first time, carpenter ants. The second, termites.) He has answered the phone personally each time and given me incredibly sage advice and calmed me down before I took a flamethrower to the entire house in an effort to rid myself of the pests. The second time, rather than have me spend money (that I don’t have) for him to come out, he listened to my story, asked insightful questions, then advised a wait and see approach. Again, talking me off the ledge, he did not try to sell me services I don’t need. That’s a kind of integrity you just don’t see from many businesses these days, large or small. What a great guy and a genuinely nice man. I will forever use Trey Shelton for any kind of pest control issues.

I called Trey Shelton, he answered the phone (not a recording) and then he answered all my questions. He worked a weekend to accommodate my schedule. He inspected house perimeter, crawlspace and the attic space. Lucky for me there were no pests, only and attempted entry at the roof.
Trey was a wealth of information and reasonably priced. I would recommend him and contract him again if necessary.
