I think it depends on who is making the pizza. I picked up my pizza at 3:45 pm last Friday. There was very little of the Parmesan garlic seasoning on the crust and the pizza crust was not as buttery as I expected. I am comparing this to the pizza that I picked up at the Totem Lake location. I mean the pizza is not really bad at all though. Otherwise everything went fine. I got my pizza on time and 3:45 pm is a good time because there will be parking in the lot. I think the Totem Lake location is better in terms of the pizza quality.

Terrible. 3rd time in a row pizza came 45 mins-1hr AFTER promised delivery time. Came cold and soggy. No answer at the store when we tried to call on status of pizza. Done.

One star only because of the delivery lady. 2 hours for a pizza that was wrong. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer? Ridiculous!!! Never again Pizza Hut! Never again!!!

Worst pizza hut ever. It took over 2 hours on a Thursday night at 7 for them to get 2 medium, identical pizzas to us. 2 hours. You would think if they spent 2 hours on them that they would get them right since they’re identical and super simple, 2 veggies, 2 meats, but no, they got them wrong. At least the driver was nice but we’ll never order from here again.

I ordered a simple supreme pizza and a cheese pizza. The app told me after I placed my order would be an hour and 30 minute wait. I have three hungry kids at home, absolutely asinine wait time. I called to cancel and was sent to some facility calling center in Texas. They told me they could only accept orders, and couldn’t cancel them. They transferred me to the store where I was immediately disconnected. 4 times of calling and then come to see on my bank account I was double charged. Go in to personally cancel my order and was told they are understaffed. Looked as if there was an employee in the back on their phone, another making pizza and another by the register trying to help void my sale. NEVER ever again will I order from here. 9pm. Hour and a half wait. Bs. I got faster service during the Super Bowl. It’s crazy.

I used to be pretty impressed with how fast and friendly this location was. After recent history I won’t be ordering from them again. I ordered a large Super Supreme, but a Large Meat Lovers shows up. When I called, they almost didn’t believe me, which really irked me, and only gave me a credit for the price of the Meat lovers(not what I ordered), before tax and shipping. I was annoyed, I spent $ 17 for the wrong pizza(I hate meat only, BLEGH!!!) and only got $ 12 back? I give them another chance about a week later to use my credit. I had the flu that day and was stuck in bed without wanting anyone to have to go to the store to get me Sprite. So I ordered the guys lunch and myself Soda. I order(2) Large Super Supreme’s and(2) 2 liter’s of Sprite. They deliver Pepsi… Delivery Guy: «We don’t have Sprite» Boyfriend: «Do you think Siera Mist would have made sense to sub? Or maybe the guy repeating Sprite as a part of our order on the phone could have made that suggestion?!»(I told him how the employee oddly repeated my order as I was still saying what I wanted. Making me repeat what I wanted to make sure he got it right. Then he proceeded to repeat my order 3 times) I’m annoyed to say the least that Chad(the person I’ve unfortunately dealt with each time I’ve ordered) can’t manage to get one order right, or follow through with customer service. If I order something you don’t have but you have an equivalent, why would you repeat the wrong beverage and not suggest or send what makes sense? It’s just really annoying. If he’s new, he needs further training, if he’s not, he needs to care about his job a little more for the sake of the locations business. We have a busy home and lots of hungry friends. Pizza is the # 1 easiest thing to order and it’s very often, but this Pizza Hut won’t be seeing that business anymore. I’m paying for a service, paying a delivery fee and tipping you to do something you’re paid to do! You’d think you’d try harder to be a little more reliable for people counting on you. I know it’s just soda, but really… It’s Just Soda… How hard is it to get that right?! Not to mention 2 wrong orders in a row.

Ordered from here again. A last minute«everyone is starving, lets order pizza» night-why do I think it will be better«this time»? It was just bad. It used to be the crust was really buttery, in the very least, a redeeming quality-it wasn’t even that. A cheap tasting pizza with cheap ingredients.

I’m not a very picky pizza eater and have cravings for«gourmet» one day, and«cheap eats» another day. I’ve ordered carryout from this branch just a few times— their stuffed crust hawaiian with jalapenos taste great. The staff at this branch are friendly and try their best to get your order quickly. The only bone I’ll pick with them is my third experience: I ordered online as usual, went to the site a little late in case they needed extra time, but ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes because the servers forgot I was waiting at the store(somehow). I had to go to the desk and ask someone to check and she’d forgotten who I was(I don’t blame the lady… she was very elderly). One of my pizzas was burnt… probably forgotten in the oven as well. But the other pizza was perfectly baked, looked delicious, and tasted awesome :)

I went here twice. The first time with a large group and the service was slow but not unexpected with the amount of people we had. The second time it was just 2 of us. We waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the hostess and when she did see us she asked us «Are you ready yet?» We then got seated but no waters ever came and the waiter walked past numerous times without even letting us know it would be a moment. We sat at the table for at least 10 more minutes without anyone coming over to great us or give us drinks or say hello. We walked out after that.

No «Spicy Asian» style hot wings, lame! This is just a little take out/Delivery location and it sucks. Not only do they not have the breaded«Spicy Asian» wings, they also didn’t have my order ready when they said they would. Sure I only had to wait an extra 5 or so mins but come on, it was only one pizza! And how do you offer all the other wings except«Spicy Asian»? I might think they were racist but everyone working was Asian! Wings fail, on time fail, this place just fails in my opinion. I’d try the other location in Kirkland, it’s gotta be better than here.

Amazingly slow service. Saturday order for a pizza at 6 pm, doesn’t arrive until 8:45, called a few times, was promised that the pizza was on the way and going to arrive any minute. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t hot. Way to go…
