Pro-Tection Seattle

I had my sunroom in the house we bought here in Kenmore done by Protection about a year ago approx. In all honestly to all other home owners I would do more research before using this company. I had just had surgery on both shoulders and back surgery in the previous year before retiring or I would have done it myself. It was severely overpriced «Buyer beware» but I had to have it done. I asked them to leave me a piece 3 ½’ X 5 ½’ when they were leaving and they wouldn’t without charging me $ 342.00 for the small piece and insisted they had to install it in the small window I was thinking of trying it in. This was after I just paid them $ 2000.00 plus tax for about three hours work. I’m sure the two fellows that did the windows were just following instructions. All other work I have had done over the years roofing, materials and excess from any work all contractors I have dealt with were more than happy to leave leftovers with me. When I checked the prices for what I asked them to leave it really upset me to put it mildly. Check it out. After that when they were leaving one of the workmen made a comment about the new car in my driveway like «You have money» well it was my brothers who was asleep downstairs. I highly recommend if you are getting windows done in your home for sun protection you do some serious research. For what they did and the time it took them it was severely overpriced. It was my fault being in a rush before the summer heat. The material doesn’t even keep that much heat out. I don’t recommend.

Very professional organization. The estimator took the time to explain all of our options for security film, and didn’t pressure us for a larger sale. The installer was also very professional and did a great job installing the window film. Highly recommend this company.
