Make sure you are the LEGAL GUARDIAN. Came with my kids and a friend and the friend was not allowed to participate without his legal guardian. Not the case at Elevated Sportz.

Ok, first, do not come here without a Groupon that has been purchased and/​or printed at least 24 hour beforehand. Second, they do not allow any outside food. Lame. Parties may be a different rule for food. They will not let anyone other than legal guardians sign the waiver including grand parents. Lame. You can have the guardian log on and do it if they are not here and if you can reach them and if they can get to the Internet. So take care of waivers before you get here! The lady at the desk was a bit gruff but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They need a room or area where you can eat outside food. This could only help business in the long run. And of course there were no paper towels in the men’s room. Kids seemed to enjoy themselves, we just did not get a good first impression

My son had his 10^th birthday party at SkyMania — and the kids had a blast! Nancy Burritt took care of everything we needed. She made sure everything was organized — more importantly, she made sure the kids had a great time. My son had an amazing time — and definitely wants to go back. THANK YOU NANCY!

Dirty, smells like urine, my children’s socks come back BLACK from an indoor play area!!! Nice staff, but often — not very helpful. I went to a similar place in North Carolina that had been open for 6 years — smelled like a brand new place. I asked how they kept it so clean. Shockingly enough — their simple explanation was — we clean it a lot! This place makes a germaphobe like me — cry.

I went with my son, looking forward to his buddy’s birthday party. my host had quite a few people and they couldn’t just cope up with it. I asked them to provide assistance with service and I was given the reply that their staff was on break. No customer service. took away all the pleasure and fun away. I have no Idea how they are still in business. Their structures didn’t look safe as well. I have read other reviews where people complained about fractures to their kids.

Went for a birthday party and the hosts were not treated right. The staff’s attitude was horrible. No concept of customer service. Asked for the owner and manager and they were worse than the staff.

This place is very dangerous! I took my son and three of his friends for the first time on Saturday. The dodge ball area is extremely unsafe. My 7 year old daughter was hit in the nose by a hard ball thrown by a 13 year old and while we were there my son landed on the hard frame dividing the trampolines and fractured his foot! The hospital said they see several injuries a week from that place, stay away! Not Safe!

The teenagers who are working well they are teenagers so they lack the thought process needed to provide service. The place was cheap and seemed that way all around. I will say for a bunch of grown ups to jump on trampolines for two hours get a slice of pizza and multiple waters it was worth it for a change up to the routine. I was sore for days.

Great for 5 year old kids since they seem to run the place. The staff is below sub-​par as they are children them selves and don’t instate any authority to get the little kids to learn to share the space. I brought my 12 year old son and his friends and it was impossible for them to play dodge ball or jump in the pit without worrying they might hurt or get in the way of little kids. The staff says they don’t allow kids under 5 but I’m positive there were kids 3 and 4 years old.
AND not to mention they had a staff member playing in the dodge ball area on his break and he was getting all the kids out! Overall review… DRIVE TO TRAMPOLINE NATION where the staff is friendly and they have authority, there is an area for smaller kids and they seem to have managed to find an efficient way to keep track of kids by having them all wear bracelets given to them when they check in and not stupid peel on sticker from the 80’s.

Great Customer Service!
I booked the «10 kids party package» for my daughter’s 8^th birthday. Then, the week before the party, the group doubled in size. I called the morning of the party, and to my delight, Nancy, the manager answered the phone. She was AMAZING.
At first she said that it wouldn’t work due to numbers/​safety… but she clearly was a lovely human being and didn’t want to let my poor planning ruin the party. We did some brainstorming, and we worked out a scheme whereby we would do lunch a little early, and make sure we pulled the kids off for the half-​hour when the numbers wouldn’t work.
The jumping was really fun for the kids. A cute space with plenty of room. Reviewer Jack T. 12÷30÷15, I am so sorry to hear that you had just the opposite experience. Maybe your experience had a positive impact for change.

We recently had our son’s 6^th birthday party here.
Positives: The kids had fun and were worn out after nearly an hour of jumping… We had a larger party with 17 kids and 18 – 20 parents and it accommodates that number well… There’s lots to do for all the kids from literally jumping off the walls, to dodgeball, foam pits, arcade games, and laser tag (which we did not do)… They set up the party room, order the pizza and cake, and even serve the kids in the room… The manager on duty kindly gave us early access to the party room so that a couple of nursing moms in our crew could have some privacy…
Room for improvement: normally the party room isn’t available until after the jump time (seems inconvenient)… Their staff started our jump time 10 minutes past our official starting time but ended it at the official ending time, so the kids really only jumped for 50 minutes instead of the paid for 60 minutes… The facility itself seems fairly worn out, the trampolines are in great condition I’m sure, but everything else felt, well, dirty I guess…
One last positive: they have an old school Pac man game onsite, took me straight back to my childhood.
We probably won’t go back unless we’re desperate on a rainy day to get some energy out of our boys.

This place is supposed to provide fun and joy to kids, yet it is so poorly managed that we strongly recommend everyone to try elsewhere!
On the day of my son’s 10^th birthday party, we had one extra boy who just returned from a vacation wanting to join the fun. We attempted to call them immediately to buy an extra ticket for him and gotten the voicemail that they don’t open until 2pm that same day, which was when we were supposed to start our party. We went ahead with all 5 of our guests thinking that we could get that extra ticket. Unfortunately we were told that the trampoline has reached its capacity and that they couldn’t take one extra person. The owner, Nancy, said that had we gotten a ticket this morning, she still had capacity for 1 person. We explained to her that we tried in the morning by calling them and was greeted by their voicemail that they open at 2pm. Nancy then told us that they actually opened at 12pm, not 2pm as falsely advertised in their voicemail. Only reason why she said 2pm in the voicemail is because she does not have enough staff to take care of the ‘walk-​in’ customers! We felt like our son’s 10^th birthday party was ruined because one of his friends now couldn’t play with the rest of their friends for an hour, is now left alone, all due to Skymania and Nancy’s unwillingness to hire the right staffing to answer incoming phone calls during their open/​business hours, which they lied to their customers in the voicemail! We explained our situation to Nancy and she didn’t want to admit it was her problem and told us that we could’ve bought the ticket online. However, since we couldn’t talk to anyone by phone, we wouldn’t have known whether they still have capacity or not. Worst part was, we left a bitter taste in our mouth because Nancy, the owner of Skymania refused to even offer any apology to us, not even a word of sorry!!!
Bottom line is, parents, Skymania is poorly managed by the arrogant person Nancy, who put out false advertisement about their daily business hours opening at 2pm when in fact they open at 12pm simply because they don’t want to just staff up with just even one telephone operator! They have no appreciation for their customers, nor would they care about the kids that love the activities of trampoline. Don’t go there, be aware!

We have been there a few times and it has gotten reallt bad. This place is dirty and dangerous. Even the manager said they get sued all the time.
The better trampoline place is in Bothell Elevated Sports. Worth the extra dtive.

I don’t have children so I come here for sky fit. It’s my favourite work out by far, and I’m so happy they offer it twice a week. The instructor Jennie is very understanding and so helpful. I would suggest bringing a big bottle of water because it’s a very good dose of cardio.

I think they even don’t deserve the one star. Their information on their web site are not enough. Two days before your party they send you a list that you can do nothing with that. They charge you really expensive for one topping Pizza or bottle of drink. They dropped of our pizza 45 minutes early and our food was cold when we served to the kids. There is lot to say about this place but I don’t want to spend my time for them
I am not happy with them and don’t recommend this place.

Yay! We will definitely be back! This was a great outing for my almost 2 year old twin boys. They have a great setup complete with a small play structure for the kids to warm up on while adults fill out paperwork and pay at the counter. My son barely bumped his chin and I was immediately offered ice and asked if we needed any help (he wasn’t even crying) and they were very attentive to us while we jumped around. Very happy with our experience!

In speaking with the owner, it was great to hear that safety is her #1 priority. This to me is my top filter for choosing trampoline center. I appreciate her focus — which distinguishes her from some of her competitors, who are more about filling up their tranpoline center (making $ vs safety).

The burnt off some energy, right before their soccer game. Might not have been the best timing. They had a great time and a nice chair for me to sit in. Not many food options so prepare to eat right afterwards.

A-​OK! Had a great time here the other day with friends and a much-​needed workout on top of it.
It’s a little jaunt from Seattle but definitely worth trying. They’re open late on weekdays (until 8pm) which left us about an hour (trust me, it’s enough!)
One small area was cornered off but the large open area had trampolines from floor to wall. Balls and basketball hoops made for some fun too.
As you can imagine, there’s a lot of rules to jumping here. No taking pictures on the trampolines, no two people jumping on the same one, etc. Thanks to idiots out there that sue companies like this because of personal injury (I mean, really guys; if you jump up and down on something bouncy, run around on unstable surfaces with people of all ages and sizes, know that it’s a risk to yourself) the folks working here were very serious the entire time. And I guess I don’t blame them.
A kid’s birthday party was happening while we were there so there were a lot of short people running around having a blast like we were.
My favorite section had to be the foam pit where could do front (no back flips) into a huge pile of foam chunks. We totally nerded out and did silly jumps (like acting out Die Hard scenes.)
$ 12 for an hour was a great price, so stop in and get your Cirque de Soleil on (just no back flips.)

The customer service is, for a lack of a better word, horrible. Gina, one of the managers is pretty rude as ignored us while we were trying to register at the desk. We were the only people at the desk and in line and she watched us walk up to the desk. She even answered a phone call right in front of us! She finally helped us and apologized.
The place could use alot TLC, it is quite dirty and there are not enough places for people to sit while their kids play. There were large white plastic tarps hanging from the ceiling. Who knows what they were protecting us from?! The video games swallowed three extra quarter’s and the lack of food selection is pretty bad.
If you want a quality place for your kids to play or to have a birthday party, go to to Elevated Sports on the Bothell Everett Highway. WAY better experience there!
