Kind and fun coaches. Relaxed, yet encouraging approach to learning. A welcoming atmosphere at this gym.
Front desk is effective and her efficiency and helpfulness has me smiling (really good new hire, huge improvement).

This is the best kid place we have ever been to. Coaches are fantastic. They love the kids and are so much fun. Place is very clean.

My daughter has been going to the gym now a little over a month now… and she loves it. The gym is great! So are the coaches. The only negative thing i have to say is the lack of communication. But besides that a great gym and great classes!

Just had my twin daughters 7th birthday there. Was so much fun! The coaches (Megs and Madison) were attentive, high energy, and positively interacted with each girl. They were on top of all the details, allowing me to have fun and enjoy the party.
The activities were fun and challenging and the girls were laughing and smiling and really having a blast. It was excellent physical activity and the coaches showed proper form and guidance during the entire 1 hour of gymnastic time.
My daughters and her friends loved it! If you are looking for a really fun, interactive and physically active party, I highly recommend The Gymnastics Connection in Kirkland.

We have tried most all of the gyms in the area for our daughter (5) since she was 2 ½. While she had fun, I usually ended up feeling like it was a waste of money because the coaches for the young age groups seemed more like babysitters and less «teachers». They would usually just let the kids run around and not help them learn how to do things the correct way. (I tried switching coaches, we tried about 5 different ones at different gyms) My daughter wasn’t learning the basics even after months and months. We tried Gymnastics Connection as a last ditch effort to find someplace with good coaches and I was so happy we found it! Coach Megs is super fun, but at the same time really helps the kids learn and do things correctly and safely. Love it! Highly recommended
