We have been coming here for a while. I fully expect kids running around letting off steam, I expect my child to be knocked over, and expect a certain amount of craziness. However today was over the top. Several kids way over the published height limit were running around. There were food and candy wrappers all over the play area(not allowed). There were parents in the balloon room(also not allowed). Above all, there was an overall lack of management from the workers. A party was being hosted at the time so that contributed to the madness. My advice. If you see a party with older kids, do not enter because it seems there is no enforcement of the height restrictions. If you see only one person working and it is crowded, do not enter. The worker will not be able to handle crowd control and admissions. Management, please get your act together. Always staff two people and only hire people who are comfortable with holding guests accountable to your well published standards so that this is a safe and fun environment for all. We were actually thinking of hosting a party here this year. Definitely second guessing.

Well. First the good. My kid likes it, and is asking to go back for another trip. Now, the rest: We showed up on a weekday evening after about 5pm. The guy working the counter said«hi» and was polite, but gave the impression that he was far more interested in the contents of his Ipod/music machine than his surroundings. He spent most of the evening staring at it; the trademarked white wires leading up to earbuds that blocked out his hearing, but connecting him to a carefully chosen bit of reality. During this time, I saw parents walk out with kids without having their bracelets checked. Our bracelets(when attached) had the band cover almost all of the number on them; making them difficult to use as ID. There are a few safety issues I spotted while my kid was playing there(an email is being sent to the management of Giggle Jungle regarding them). Overall, this feels like the people running it based it off of their competition. However when they did so, they failed to understand the reasons WHY some design choices were made. We may go back; my kid loved it. I was not impressed.

Overpriced, fun for about 30 mins. For that kind of money there are better places to go. Won’t be coming back.

Three stars for me because of the cons I listed. For the age of my son(1 year), the cons were a bigger deal than they’d be if he was older. If my son was 3, I think this place would have been a much better fit. Pros: –all day access –open until 8pm –area to eat snacks –clean –unique structures to play on –small area for crawlers –everything is padded –place is empty from 6pm to close –price is half-off an hour before closing –I think the price, although high, keeps the place less crowded Cons: –the floor goes directly from mats to tile, causing kids to slip when they run out of the area –my son is 1, and will run out of the mat area without understanding the danger — he fell on hard tile because they make you wear socks –kids take out all the balloons into the jump house, so there are none to play with in the balloon area itself –bigger kids are sometimes careless and end up hurting the little ones due to throwing blocks or jumping off of the tall climbing post onto other kids

Very clean. Went on a Saturday at around 11:30 a.m. Not crowded at all. Only complaint is that the large lego blocks are made of plastic instead of foam, had a scary moment when a big tower came crashing down. But I would definitely go again.

My daughter loves Giggle Jungle, and so do I. Being right here in Redmond, it is much more convenient than having to drive to Crossroads. Their play area seems a tad smaller than Wiggleworks, but they have a bunch of the same toys, they’re cheaper, and if you go at the right time, you can have the whole place to yourself. To top it off, the space is really clean, the staff are always friendly, and my daughter always has a ton of fun — and a happy baby makes a happy mommy.

The bad: overpriced, crowded, small space. Very similar to Wiggle Works in Bellevue but half smaller for the same price. The good: clean, in a great location, and friendly staff. In not sure what is the age target. I have a 4 years old and she seems to be too big for most of the toys and my one year old is too small for the others. Great place for 2 – 3 years olds. And for helicopter parents, it is very easy to access most of the toys. LoL Still four stars because my kids loved it there. Should be three for the price and small space.

My kid loves it here! It’s a great way of getting excess energy out of him. He loves the dolphins. I’m jealous of the other moms who have bigger kids cuz they sit and chill while their kids play. The fee includes all day access so I come once in the morning and once in the afternoon after my son’s nap. The staff keep it clean very well. They constantly vacuum and wipe the rides.

Kids playground recently opened in Redmond Town Center for kids under 48 inches. Remember to bring socks since socks are required for both adults and children in the play area. There is a 10% off for a punch card promotion going on for the month of August if you share or like their facebook page.
