Got a facial here Sabrina and she is awesome. Super nice, explained every step she was doing. She really cares and was always making sure I am comfortable along the way. Her massage was great was the right pressure. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to get sugared! I’ve been a few places for sugaring and this is by far one of the cleanest and spa-like experiences of them all! I made my appointment online in a snap using their convenient scheduling software. Audrey, my aesthetician, was friendly, VERY thorough and really seemed to care about my comfort. They also have a great selection of gentle skin care products available for purchase.

Wow, loved this place. I’ve been searching for a sugaring place closer to Redmond and Sugar Sugar is just around the corner. I highly recommend Caitlyn at Sugar Sugar in Kirkland. She was fast, gentle and even gave me a few moments to take a breath when we got to the really sensitive areas(Brazilian…eek). She also explained that she wasn’t going to go back over a particular area over and over because she didn’t want to hurt me, which I really appreciated. I have been to places where they will rip from the same spot 3 – 4 times in attempt to get a few hairs. It’s torture. Caitlyn also asked me to look over her work when she was done and let her know if she missed anything. She was happy to go back and get those spots. I also bought a great product called Whish after-shave. You pat it on after you shower 3x/week and it prevents ingrown hairs. Totally works. I recommend. Hint: I found out after I bought it that it’s $ 12 cheaper on Amazon($ 25 in store). Glad I could support the business though. For the past year, I was regularly attending a sugaring place in Bothell and it was hurting A LOT. I was always bruised. I even switched to wax at one point because it hurt less. That’s NOT normal, especially for a fair skinned, redheaded person like myself. Just a heads up: when the sugar is applied to your skin, it should NOT hurt. Now, when it’s ripped off – sure, that’s going to sting a bit. But your skin should never feel like it’s been pulled to pain when the sugar is going on. If it is, the sugaring solution hasn’t been heated up correctly! That’s the main reason I had to find someplace new. So glad I tried Sugar Sugar. Their technique was perfect!

Got my first facial at Sugar Sugar today. Aubrey did a great job: it was relaxing, the products smelled heavenly, and my skin feels velvety. There’s plenty of parking. NOTETOSTAFF: I wish there was a mirror in the treatment room to take a quick survey of my freshly steamed face before going out in public. Besides that, great experience all around! I will go back again for sure.

I have been seeing Caitlyn for sugaring and would highly recommend her services — she is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been waxing instead of shaving for a long time and decided to try sugaring based on a friend’s recommendation. I am hooked now! It is faster and has better results than waxing — after only 3 times! My hair is regrowing finer and more sparsely than it did even after years of waxing. The more refined and sparse hair also means that it hurts less and that I can go a little longer between appointments. I love that Sugar Sugar is on the Eastside now — so convenient!

Went to Sugar Sugar to get a facial for the first time in my life! Outstanding staff, service & the owners are super nice & welcoming. Products are all natural which makes it easy for me as I seem to be allergic to all perfumes, etc. Thank you Heather, Sabrina & Michele!

My first attempt at sugaring — and it is WAY more comfortable than waxing! Parking is easy which also makes the whole experience less stressful. I will definitely go back… maybe for a facial next time too.

Love this place!!! Finally discovered this place not long after they opened. Never had I done sugaring and thought«what the heck». So glad I did. Everyone is super nice and very knowledgable. They know their stuff. The front desk girls are always friendly and always answer any question I have. Allie is who I get all of my sugaring by. Love this girl. She is super friendly and knows how to make me comfortable during my appointment. Love hearing all her hilarious stories and she keeps me laughing all the time. She is also very knowledgable about skin care. Constantly educating me on what can help my dry skin. I visit Heather for facials. She also knows her stuff. She has helped me transform my dry red skin. After I did a 45 minute facial, I finally had to splurge for the 90 minute. Best ever. I seriously almost fell asleep. She also helped answer questions about my daughter’s skin problems that I’ve now scheduled her an appointment too. This last week I also visited for brow shaping and got Hannah. She did a great job. I’m always hesitant about using anyone new but she was awesome! Perfect job and didn’t get the crazy red skin after. Super impressed. Sugar Sugar is now my permanent spot for now on! Love all the products.

Thank God this location is now in Bridle Trails. The Eastside has been in dire need of a good sugaring spot, for years now. I have gone to Sugar Sugar in Seattle, since back when it was located in Ballard… that is over six years, if my math is correct. I’ve always loved what the services they’ve had to offer – they are priced right, and as a semi-expert on which forms of hair removal are best(hey I’ve got a lot of hair, and I’ve been removing it for many years), I’ve come to find that sugaring is my removal method of choice(at least for the typical areas one might wax). So, back to location. It’s perfect. There’s lots of parking(unlike Greenlake, where I often have to circle around the block until I’m late), and the aestheticians are super sweet and accommodating. And let’s not forget product. They carry a handful of products(such as Whish), that you won’t find at many other skincare spots. If you are considering removing any hair at all(and if you’ve *ahem* never considered it, you should probably go ahead and make that appointment), start here. Sugaring does not damage the skin like waxing does – you’re not spreading hot wax on areas that have just had hair ripped out. Instead, it’s a bit more relaxing, and not warm at all. Additionally, the ingredients are totally natural and simple. Anyway, you get the picture. Make an appointment.

Hooray for Sugar Sugar in Kirkland! I have been a customer at the Greenlake location for a while, and getting there after work is a pain because of all the traffic and lack of parking. So my sugaring fell off for a bit and I became a little… furry, for lack of a better term. Now that Sugar Sugar has opened an Eastside location AND is open until 8 or 9pm, getting there is super easy! It’s also located in a strip mall type location, so parking is plentiful. Since they just opened, I got in same day and my sugarist was Ali. She is so adorable. This tiny little lady ripped out all the hair she could and made me feel like a woman again lol! She was such a delight and very easy to talk to. She distracted me for the hard parts and coached me through when it was getting tough. What a sweetheart! I’m looking forward to regaining my monthly regimen now that I can access Sugar Sugar more easily! And I look forward to seeing Ali from here on out. Yay!
