I never had any problems with my eyes, then about two years ago while at my regular doctors visit, I couldn’t see the letters at all with my right eye! I was shocked to say the least. I went to Dr Kading and was nervous because I’ve never had to wear glasses or have anything done with my eyes. He was very thorough with his exam, and made me feel really comfortable. Turns out I had a stigmatism, and he said he did too, and that it was nothing to worry about. I got some glasses, put them on, and wow, I then realized why I had been squinting at all the road signs! I completely trust him with my eyecare and won’t go anywhere else.

I agree with the billing complaints. Its quite confusing, especially for contacts with all the fittings fees and such. I also think that the office is strangely set up. the waiting room is so small, and backs up to the eye glass retail center. It doesn’t offer much privacy for customers wanting to buy glasses; I don’t care to hear about their eye problems or personal problems. They have no magazines or reading material while you wait, except for ‘promotional products.’ Dr. Kading is friendly enough, but I’m not comfortable there, can’t put my finger on it. The front reception staff are vacant… don’t acknowledge you when you are there, answer the phone when you are standing to register/check out, and can’t make any decisions without going to the back to talk to someone else.
