Van Aalst Park

Nice little neighborhood park with a play structure, some swings, and a basketball hoop. The land itself is on quite a long and narrow stretch of hill in a quiet residential neighborhood. The play structure and swings are made for littler kids (toddlers thru 6, maybe), and sit at the bottom of the hill. There is a second set of older swings about halfway up the hill, and the basketball hoop is at the top of the hill.
Lots of grassy hill to run around on, which must be amazing for sledding. In the spring, the field is covered with dandelions.
