Last night I decided to give Wendy’s a try for the first time. I live near this location and since it was recently remodeled I thought why not. However, this was far from what I expected. I received an undercooked spicy chicken burger, no ketchup, and lacking customer service.

We live about 3 blocks from this Wendy’s. ordered 2 burgers and went straight home and dove in… except our burgers were cold. It was only 5 minutes from that Wendy’s till we ate. How does it get that cold that fast? Gross.

This is the 5th time I’ve come here and all their lights are on there’s people inside, ugly chicks with tattoos. I can see ur open but u won’t take my order. I drive up to the intercom and there’s no response, I thought Wendy’s was open at least till ten. Guess I won’t be coming by here ever again. Nice remodel still have the same idiotic staff tho.

Apparently, this place was remodeled recently as everything looks all shiny and new from the parking lot outside to the trash bins inside. The menu is basically the same as any other Wendy’s but the presentation is several steps above the norm. Animated video boards take a little getting used to before you can figure out exactly what’s going on with the menu. Once your eyes adjust, you will find all the basic combos, sides, and value menu items that you would expect. One cool upgrade is the inclusion of flat screens on two of the dining area walls which just happened to be on ESPN while I was there. Not sure what the normal programming would be, but that was a nice touch although it is video only as they have some sort of standardized music playlist going on at all times. One of the employees had also mentioned that the registers are fingerprint encrypted which was either mentioned out of excitement for technology or as an excuse for not having to do anything. Oh, and there’s an extra fancy artificial fireplace thing under one of the TV’s which sits above a sort of lobby, waiting room seating area that is also the centerpiece of the dining room. If you are okay with Wendy’s food, you will be very happy with the overall experience here. Basically, it is fast food all dressed up and made to look fancy which I guess makes you feel better about what you are eating.

I went to Wendy’s last week. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was cold, the fries were salty and had a hair on one. I told the manager and his excuse was that the store had just opened and his crew needs more training. I do not recomend this place… I was disgusted and I will not be returning.

The new building looks great. The food is great. The service is really good. BUT, the parking lot is the most poorly-designed lot I’ve ever seen! Drive REALLY slow and watch out for pedestrians who must walk through the drive-up line to enter inside(which is crazy).

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The ½ pound beef cheese burger was extraordinary while I ate it before I went to work. The beef patties were cooked perfectly and tasted SO good. I told myself no more fast food but damn, Wendy’s is making it hard.

The Customer Service today at this Wendy’s was FANTASTIC! A Gentleman by the name of Luis helped me. It’s really nice when someone cares about their job and it shows. Well done Luis!

I’m one of 4 people I know who’ve gotten sick off the food from here in the last year. The only reason I give two stars is because the service was always pretty quick

5 star for the frosty but I had to take a star away because sometimes communication is difficult, although service is fast. and, not necessarily this locations fault but in KS the burgers just tasted better. I think there is just this issue with the beef out here on the coast. Lets face it, this is more a more fish and chips kinda place(the west coast that is). Their chicken sandwiches are really good and I like the new kind of fries.

Ok, i love the frosty(who doesnt) and i love diet coke. So why havent i taken the plunge(with vanilla of course) and tried the frosty float? Cause im chicken. Sad but true. Im afraid i wont like it and it will have ruined both a perfectly good frosty and a perfectly good diet coke. But i must be brave and try it. You only live once! :-)

ugh. I have gone to this Wendy’s again and again because it is RIGHT near my work. I have walked out almost each time empty handed, as i have a rule-If the people handling my food are unhappy, i don’t eat there. Last time, i asked if my food would be ready within 5 minutes, because i had a bus to catch, and the last order(4 people) had taken them 8 minutes or longer and i was worried because the last time i had come, i had waited more them 5 minutes for my food. they said they«couldent say» after the cashier went to the back to ask. like it’s some major request. HELLO??? your FASTFOOD! thats why i came in here. because i need it FAST. i think all the Wendy’s have been getting worse and worse, but thats because if you don’t pay enough to your employees, you cannot keep good ones. so you keep getting new ones, and if they get better, they move on, and if they are still bad… who wants them? i will go to other ones, but i wish the chain would just get a clue, and start paying/treating/training the employees better!!!

I have been going here since 2005 and I have liked the service. But lately it has been poor. One time I ordered 5 times including a frosty. There was sign in the drive-thru that said«Short on personnel, there will be delay». So they gave me everything and an extra drink at not charge but they forgot the frosty. Today the guy took the order and it was 5.67. I gave him first the 67 cents and then the 10.00 bill. He did not give me my change and proceeded to give me my food. I told him«I gave you a 10 dollar bill. He did not understand and I kept saying it. At the fourth time I said it in Spanish. Maybe he did not speak English but he took my order in English. He got mad and he almost threw the 5 dollar bill to me. I will start going to the one in Bothell. The service is better, although 2 weeks ago the girl forgot to give me my change that was two cents. Again in the drive-thru.
