The service was excellent. Two of our party had the salad bar which was adequate. I opted for the classic burger, which I ordered well done. The burger was thin, overcooked, and dreadfully dry. This is not a burger you would expect to pay close to ten bucks for. The toppings were limp and sparse. With tip, four of us dropped almost $ 60.00 for a «fair to poor» meal.

Had a great dinner with my daughter. We don’t usually do chain restaurants but this was the only place we found open late with healthy options. Food was delicious and service was good.

I’m so upset to have to do this: but RT you’re slipping! Overly salty food, inconsistencies in recipes and slipping quality. The staff is still nice and friendly but… Won’t be coming back often

What can I say, it’s Ruby Tuesday. The girls are great but I would not recommend the fish tacos. I have eaten here quite a few times but I gotta say, this is the first thing I have ordered from here I didn’t like. They took them if my tab and that paid off for the bartender, I just tipped the amount that the tacos cost. I would recommend this place, 3 stars are just because golf the tacos.

I’ve been to Ruby Tuesdays years ago and I remember it being ok and my recent visit was far from better. The coconut shrimp app was horrible, tasted like an almond joy. I sent them back and the waitress said she will check with the manager to see if she remove it from the check. In my opinion she didn’t have a choice because I was not going to pay for something that was not good. My fiancé ordered the buffalo wings which were under cooked and were mostly fat. Overall terrible.

Not many restaurants in Kirksville offer a gluten free menu, but this is one of the very few that can accomodate for celiac disease. The gluten free selection is fairly large but I usually always go with the steak and potatoes.

Eaten here a few times, the service is good but I have been less than impressed by the food. The free biscuits(I think that’s what they are) have a really strange taste to them. I had a burger the first time and it was not good at all. I’ve also had the cajun gumbo and it wasn’t seasoned very well. I may be wrong but dumping pound of black pepper over a bowl of pasta doesn’t make it cajun. I will say the shrimp dip was pretty good. I’ve also had the salad bar and it was boring, nothing spectacular whatsoever. My wife had a steak and it was dry as leather on the outside and undercooked on the inside. It saddens me to say but the best part about the meals I’ve eaten here has been the diet coke.

I had an awful experience here. Let me start off by saying that I had no issue with the service. The hostess and server we had were very nice, polite, and friendly, but the food was terrible. I ordered a dish with zucchini and pasta and also tried the salad bar, while my friend tried parmesan chicken pasta. The salad bar was either partially empty, in which various vegetables and premixed salads were not refilled, or it had bits of food which were going bad(old lettuce, etc.). It was also pretty dirty — no one had wiped up spills and pieces of food that customers had dropped. Our entrees were just as bad. The zucchini in my pasta was definitely going bad. I love zucchini, and I cook with it a lot, so I’m familiar with the texture it becomes when it hasn’t quite grown mold but it very, very close to it. That’s how the zucchini was in my pasta. The chicken in my friend’s parmesan chicken was not fresh by any means, and the sauce had no flavor. Bad, bad food. We even had a coupon for one free entrée, so we didn’t pay much for our food, but even if I had another coupon for a free entrée, or even if someone offered to pay for my meal there, I would not go back.
