Chili’s Grill & Bar

Their to go costumer service sucks. In two different occasions I called to place an order and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. I will never place a to go order with them or ever eat at this location ever again.

Steady and average for dinner. Wait staff is always great. Very very busy on weekends. Better than the run of the mill chilis based on past experience.

Waiters are always friendly, food is pretty great and they don’t take long at all. I slightly wish they had more vegan options but other than that, I like the place, great rewards as well.

Took the family their for lunch. The host was very friendly and was very nice to our kids.
This visit earned a 3 Star.
Pros:
1. Waitress was friendly
2. The table top game system keeps the kids active.
3. Drinks and kids food came out fast.
4. Pork taco was very good.
Cons
1. Both table was on the small size
2. One of the kids pizza did not have any cheese on part of it.
3. The table side guacamole had the following issues.
a. Was mostly prepared in the back. The waitress only added the seasons at the table. Was expecting halved avocado to come out.
b. Tip (stem) of avocado was left in the dish and was a chocking hazard.
4. The ladies was not maintained two of the three stalls were messy. During busy times, management should have it inspected every 15 minutes.
5. Management was not present, did not stop by to see how the experience was.
The service was nice and our kids like this location.

I ordered take out from this store. I wanted the bacon cheese burger with mayonnaise and guacamole which came with fries.
We pulled up to the pick up parking lot and no one came out with our order. Apparently the camera system is broken, but there are not any signs posted to let you know.
When I got back to the condo it had two small slices of avocado on it that cost an additional 99 cents.

Went to the bar area and Valerie was very nice and made my 2 for 1 drinks extra nice. Definitely got my money’s worth. Go look for her.

The last two times at Chili’s at The Loop have been great. Excellent food and service. Very positive overall consumer experience. Love the table-​side tablet menu ordering system as an option in addition to the server.

The wait wasn’t long which was good. The two servers were very pleasant and helpful with their recommendations. Our order came fast; we will definitely come back to this chillies.

Not busy at all.
Server in bar area was excellent. Never waited for anything. Great attitude.
First bowl of soup not hot. Second was fine.
House salad ok.
Chicken sandwich ok.
Appetizer trio. Fried pickles uck. Batter under cooked.
Fried cheese balls. Very tiny.
Mini burgers. Bread fell apart. Appeared stale.
Cookie dessert was fine.
No one checking quality in kitchen.
Passed by kitchen going to restroom. Filthy floor. I’d as it wasn’t busy and only open one hour.

This is a great location. I have been to several different chili’s and this is one of the best so far. I was here in the middle of the day 12:15 on new years eve and it was not packed at all. I came in with my daughter and sat in a booth in the bar area (yes she is old enough) so we could watch the football game on the big screen T.V. Also, in this section they give you free chips and salsa. It’s worth it. Our waiter Javier greeted us within 3 minutes of sitting down. That’s good timing I felt. Soda for my daughter and ice tea with lime for me. Got the drinks within 2 minutes with the chips and salsa and again great timing. Got my first drink with lemon, but with the next I got both lemon and lime so that was o.k. Placed our order and got it in what I thought was record time for a chili’s. We both had the sirloin cooked medium rare and they were perfect. Javier was just attentive enough to not be overbearing. The restaurant was pretty clean expect for the table behind us that sat for 17 minutes before someone came to clean it. The bathrooms were actually very clean I thought. We didn’t get the usual welcome when we entered but even without that it was still a great lunch. They also started delivery from this location. The one reason it’s not a five star is because of the table and no one being at the door when we entered. I have to say I have been here on previous occasions and it hasn’t been this good. I am glad to see they have made improvements. This has I think now, become my go to chili’s. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I have to say, I am very surprised. I haven’t been to chillys for a long time. Went last Sunday night, since it was hubby’s birthday. They have a brand new menu, and it was GREAT. I ordered shrimp & steak fajitas. They were awesome. The service was definitely 5 stars. I’m definitely going back.
**my husband ordered some drinks. Two for one, but he and his friend said they barely had any alcohol in them. They were basically juice.

Met a friend here for dinner on a Saturday night. I kind of already knew what to expect when I got there. It was really busy so of course when I got to the door I was not suprised when the host told me it would be a wait for a table. After the wait everything else was pretty good. Server was friendly and the food was good.

Just walked in and they are telling people 30 to 35 minute wait, but there are over 6 empty tables that they are not seating people at. Will revise when we get seated and eat.
Got a booth in the bar area after a 10 minute wait. The food was very good and the Server (Jon) was very attentive.

The place is lacking the minimum cleanliness required for a restaurant.
The dessert was burned so we had to ask for a replacement which was also burned. I’m not sure what is going wrong with the management team.

It was just starting to get busy when we arrived. We didn’t wait long to be seated, and the service we experienced was way above average especially compared to some of our recent Chili’s experiences at other locations.
Both the dishes we ordered came out perfectly. I usually order the steak fajitas, but this time ordered the trio because I had an e-​coupon code. It was very good.
Our server was very nice. We wish we lived closer to this Chili’s because the ones near us rarely deliver on both food and service.

I mean… it is Chili’s, so you can’t judge much on the food or décor. My rating is based off of service solely, which seems to be the affecting issue for most ratings. I’m usually one to sit at the bar, which I did at this location… the bartenders seemed to hate life. Maybe it was an off day for them? Either way, terrible attitude, timing and overall feel from the ladies behind the bar.
Again, it’s chilis… two for one, so, I will be back. Hopefully just with different bartenders.

Considering I’ve been many times when I visit family and typically order a burger I haven’t been let down. However it now is apparent that it’s unwise to stray from the generic set up of food fares.
Today I decided to be different and order a medium rare 6 oz sirloin, sounds pretty fair sure. It came seared and raw on the inside. Had to ask another server to find our server since we didn’t see her since she had been absent since appetizers. (We were even trying to order more appetizers but gave up.)
Sent it back since I can do rare but raw is a hazard I’m not risking. Manager brings it out and it’s barely rare. Cut into a thinner section after he leaves and it’s still raw. I don’t know if it was just an off day but I won’t risk trying more than the generic fajita and burger fare this Chilis can provide. (3 stars because aside from this case it really hasn’t been garishly bad.)
