Horrible! Save yourself the trouble! First I had to wait almost a month for an appointment for my husband and I then we show up and they don’t have us down for it. Had to come back because mine were done wrong(tinting for reading glasses) Nobody called though they say they did to let me know they were corrected and now ready for pick up. People deserve better service. Give a care!

On 2÷2÷2016 I went to the above Pearl Vision to find out how to use my new vision insurance(VSP). Several co-workers had informed me about the great service that they had received at another Pearl Vision. Upon walking into the store there were 2 others customers there, as well as 4 employees counting the Dr. One employee was behind the main counter helping a customer. The next employee was sitting at a station doing paperwork on her computer in front of the frames. The third employee was in the appt area and the Dr left shortly after my arrival. The customer at the counter left so that left only one other customer plus me in the store. At no time did any employee ask if I needed help in picking out frames, which my wife and I spent at least 20 minutes looking at. I was told that I needed to wait to schedule an appt for an eye exam. I explained that this was the first time using my insurance I, asked could they look me up and tell me my coverage. I was told by the lady at the front desk that i could go home and look up my coverage on line because she wouldn’t be able to tell me about my coverage. By this time the lady that was doing work on the computer when I first arrived was now looking through a magazine. It wasn’t until a phone call came in about another customer wanting to confirm an appt. that she acknowledged me and called me over and took down my info. I feel this office didn’t provide any customer assistance and made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I went to EYEEXPRESS that was packed with people and they looked up my coverage and spent at least 25 minutes showing me various frames and finally ordered one of the frames that i saw at Pearl Vision for me .In conclusion I was so disatisfied this with pearl vision that I cancelled the appt that I had scheduled with them an I also contacted my insurance company and informed them about the poor service that this pearl Vision was giving

Horrible delivery! I ordered contact lenses and had to wait 3 weeks for it! They said I should get it in 5 – 7 days. I have to come back next week to check. It will be 4th week waiting …

I went to pearle vision at the loop to have my frames ajdusted. I did not purchase them there, but the staff was helpful and after a quick disclaimer my glasses were adjusted free of charge!

Had a great experience here! Went in as I was walking by just to see about getting my eyes checked. Ken asked if I had an insurance plan and ended up scheduling me and getting me a 30% discount on my exam. Looked around at deals and 2 days later went back specifically to talk to Ken about some sunglasses. Walked in just before closing and Ken stayed almost an hour past closing getting my fiancée and I glasses. He checked our insurance rates vs the deals Pearle Vision was running and got us the best deal possible!
