Sprint Store By 5 Star Cellular

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. I lived in New York and none of the Sprint stores I went to were ever really good with customer service. This has been my to go sprint store! They’re always so happy and friendly. No matter what I need there always there to get it done– from buying new phones to servicing them.
I recommend them to all my friends and family members because I want the best for the people I love.

Waited an hour until it was my turn just to be told they don’t have any iPhones in stock? Um ok. The girl took my contact information to call me the next day when they were supposed to get a new shipment in and that was four days ago.
Oh well, they don’t want to make a sale I’ll take my business to another store.

Since the line is long and moving slower than molasses, and since a chick got mad and stormed out, I have the pleasure of writing this review. Just hope I dont pass out from hunger before im done.
Its a clean store, small without a lot of options or staff, so have a lot to do when you walk in. I dont think appointments matter here. Mad girl had one and still was not seen.
So, what basically happened is that I waited for almost an hour and could not be helped. Apparently in order to exchange my phone case, I needed to go to a corporate store instead of this one. I don’t know abut you, but my time is very important, and I really don’t have extra to waste sitting at the sprint store.
Please do yourself a favor and skip this one!
