Walgreens

This is the most disorganized, slipshod pharmacy I have ever seen. Every time I go there it’s a 10 – 20 minute ordeal just to get meds… walk-​in or drive through doesn’t matter, it takes too long. Getting them to communicate with the Dr’s office takes several phone calls. They’ve lost prescriptions multiple times. Same meds are a different price almost every time. I’ve never seen the same person there twice. Between the long waits and waiting for them to get it right, it usually takes 2 or 3 trips there before I get my scripts. When I call I can never find anyone that knows what’s going on… it’s just total confusion.
The ironic thing is that most of these things have just begun in the last couple of months. I’ve been going there for years and other than the long waits and different people every time, they used to be reliable. I’m moving my business elsewhere.
To be fair my problems are limited to the pharmacy… the rest of the store has never been a problem.

This review is mainly on my experience in the store’s pharmacy. The store itself is always clean and organized like you would expect from any Walgreens. The employees range from very nice to «ehhh ok». Guess that depends on the day and time you go.
However, I had my first encounter with the pharmacy, and they exceeded my expectations. I was helped by a pharmacist named Alexandra, and she was extremely professional and sweet making the experience actually pleasant. This is slowly becoming a rare thing as more crappy employees are being hired in the health care field. She seemed pretty busy handling both myself and the drive thru, yet kept her composure, care, and professionalism. I came in for a flu shot, and was in and out within 15 mins.
Walgreens is very lucky to have her!

It is a 24 hour location which is convenient.
The store is clean and staff is generally friendly. Sometimes there is a long wait to check out at the front counter. I have had scripts filled here and the drive thru pharmacy is always friendly.
