Overall pretty good. However have had 2 meals here that we had issues with(had to send back). Just depends on the day. Large portions, unique menu, fun environment. Family friendly place, weather permitting outdoor patio seating. Daily specials; example — pulled pork $ fries $ 5.99 great deal! Enough for me and husband to split!

Over half-hour wait for food. Others who came in after us got their food well before we did. Appetizer came out with entrees. As others have commented, there was not a full house, maybe 4 parties or 2 – 3, and some in the bar.

Eh… The name of the business has zero to do with sourcing or whatever. It was ok. Nothing to really complain about and nothing to brag about. I was just expecting more I guess.

Been going since they opened. First visit: 4 stars. Every successive visit seemed to be just a little less«impressive» than the last. Tonight when we left my wife turned to me concerned they might not be around much longer. Not wishing ill will but here’s how tonight’s dinner went… We sat and I wanted Buffalo Chicken pizza. Not on the menu anymore. Ok, fine. Restaurants change items all the time. But, they were«out of all pizzas» according to our waitress. That’s pretty odd for a place that puts a lot of emphasis on its two bars with big screens & sports. Ok, my wife ordered an app from the specials menu. Nope. None of those. Ok, I’ll have the Pork Chop Special — one of 2 dinner specials. Nope. Out of that. Keep in mind it’s 5:30 not 9 pm. There should be plenty. Sigh. Ok I’ll have the ribs, full rack. She returns to the table to tell us «no ribs». Out of those too. Our waitress was a sweet girl but forgot salad dressing, waters, dropped no less than 4 items on the floor. Finally, after we had settled for things they did have, my daughter had her heart set on dessert. «Sorry. We have no desserts tonight» the manager told us. Granted, the excuse was it’s the day before Thanksgiving and they are closed that day and want everything to be fresh. But, that seems pretty suspicious. I hope they are not in trouble. I also hope the buffalo pizza comes back. Time will tell.

This place has distinct positives and negatives. We usually go for trivia nights. 35 cent wings and reasonably good trivia(compared to what I have experienced up and down the eastern seaboard). We usually go outside of just the wings and sample a bunch of things, because having one drink and hanging out for trivia is a bit passé. First time I went, I ordered a burger. Cheese is a buck extra, but I don’t order cheeseburgers. Burger is average, cooked competently, but not thick or large. The fries are nice and abundant though. Not crispy fries, but solid in-house fries. With a little salt and pepper, these are really good. The female server was really nice, and was especially helpful with our bill. But she cut me off after 3 diet cokes. I didn’t really want another one, I just wanted to be offered one. Trivia was crazy busy that night, so there was a lot of movement in the area, and I was impressed that they kept up. Last time I went, trivia was a little less well attended. I was served rather quickly, but we had some issues with our service. The server meant well, and maybe he was just having a bad night. I ordered chili that didn’t come out until way after I prompted the server for it(took about an hour). 2 in my group ordered a pizza, didn’t come out until prompted. Ordered 6 dry rub wings and 6 buffalo wings, and another ordered 12 buffalo wings. Got 6 dry rub wings and then the buffalo wings were combined and given to one person. He didn’t realize this until he thought, ‘boy I just ate a lot of wings!’. I had a bowl of chili that was decent. It had a mild spice to it, enough to break a little sweat(to clarify, it doesn’t take a lot of spice to make me sweat, so this chili shouldn’t be considered overly spicy). It had a good amount of meat in the dish, and the beans were stewed down well. Maybe it is a general complaint, but I haven’t had a really good bowl of chili since I came to New England 4 months ago. The bad thing about the service is that the place wasn’t especially busy, maybe 20 or so people between 3 servers. I will definitely go back, the trivia night is worth the trip. The food has been uneven, nothing stellar, but also not offensive. The service was Jekyll and Hyde. Hoping the third time is a charm.

My wife and I went there for the first time last week and it was pretty good! We only had a pizza and an order of the wings; the pizza was good and the wings were tasty(greasy though) but if they hadn’t been half price for happy hour, I wouldn’t have been happy to get six for $ 8. The bartender was quite engaging and pleasant and the place was very clean.

The other day I called ahead to order a few appetizers to take home. They said it would be about 15 minutes. I arrived in about 10 minutes and I paid the bartender. 20 minutes later I was still waiting on my food. Now it wasn’t like I ordered everything off the menu. All I ordered was jalapeño poppers and the appetizer sampler. I didn’t understand why it was taking 30 minutes to get my food when the place(besides the bar) was completely empty. When I finally got home I was excited to try my first bites of The Farm. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. There was nothing special about any of the food. I definitely don’t understand why it cost me $ 30 for mediocre fried food. I may come back in the future for a trivia night and to try their drinks but I will have to remember to take out a small loan before my next trip.

Met at The Farm in Kittery as this is where a friend from Kennebunkport wanted to meet. I have been to the The Farm in Dover several times and it has been less than stellar — slow service, a menu that wasn’t accurate, and mediocre food. So, last night I arrived at their restaurant in Kittery with trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised. We sat at one only 2 tables in the bar and had drinks and dinner(2 burgers and 2 fish tacos). Bartender was pleasant, although service was a bit slow. However, we were in no rush at all so it didn’t matter. Food was very tasty. Burgers were cooked as ordered and fish tacos were good. This Farm seemed so much better than the one in Dover.

Get in here! Tuesdays $ 3 Tacos are what you need. Choose between chicken, beef or fish. Large and piled high with awesome pico, shreaded cheese, aoli and jalapenos to leave you full and happy. Beer selection was small in comparison to other local establishments but the staff was friendly and the place was clean and well set up. Awesome location with plenty of parking and easy to find. Make this a week night stop or a weekend destination. You wont be dissappointed.

A coworker of mine suggested that we try The Farm up in Dover last year which we did, the place was packed and the meal and service was terrible. Figured that was the last time they would see us. So now fast forward to this year and their opening up a place in Kittery, again we hear good things from various folks so we figure lets give it another try. Glad we did, the service was great and the food was really good. Especially liked the pulled pork nachos, I mean really good! Had this been my only experience with the Farm I would have given them a five star. A couple of suggestions to the management, you can stand for some better chairs and tables on the deck as they feel really flimsy and a general power washing of the deck area would make it more inviting as well.

Delicious! HIGHLYRECOMMEND. Best mozzarella balls I’ve ever had. Steak tip Caesar was the best. Service was top notch. The outdoor seating was great… on a warm day you’re lightly shaded by trees.

Solid pub and gourmet food with all natural ingredients are abound here. Great burgers and the Tuna With seaweed is very tasty. Would recommend this place to others without hesitation. Excellent craft beer selection as well.

This would be a great place to go for a casual summer night… Went with the family, 18 people, for a special occasion dinner. Very cool outdoor space with different games you can’t play. Horseshoes only had 3 shoes for two pits, volleyball for the beach volleyball court was flat, cornhole boards had squares cut out and no bags, and a garden with no plants growing! Service was okay, good thing we weren’t in a rush. We had three servers helping with the table and dinner took over 2.5 hrs. Food came out of the kitchen quickly and correct after we ordered which was great. Food was good. Entrée reactions went from great to okay. They have a mix between BBQ and fish/stake. Western style sauce comes with the BBQ which was not to bad. Great idea for a place but maybe to much to over oversee.

Ew ew ew. Dirty dirty, totally unimpressive food(& I’m super easy to plz cuz I don’t cook. stale lobster roll bun, soggy fries, over cooked burger. Clueless waitress(I waited tables for 20 yrs, so I always perspective that the food/environment have pretty much noting to do with server) but, thanks for telling us the owners are in the bar getting wasted like they do every Sunday the owners should’ve been sweeping the floor & figuring out why the bathroom floors are law suits waiting to happen The gentleman next to us commented that they were disappointed the food took so long & the server responded how backed up the kitchen was– there was a crowd in the bar, but we were the only 2 tables in the back dining room, the deck was closed? Will not be going back, there’s too many other choices for all these easy fixes to be so ok with the partying owners.

If you are looking for BBQ this place is great but it’s also got great ahi tuna and great big salads. Lunch is reasonably priced and dinner is a bit more. The atmosphere is casual and inside dinning can be loud. Wait staff are pleasant and helpful. My eyes are always bigger thwn y stomach.

One star is given for pretty good food. Took almost 2 hours to get an appetizer and a few beers however. Server was awful. Slow, rude and didn’t fix anything wrong nor did she offer. She couldn’t even manage to get us water within 30 minutes. Other servers just ignored us completely. My party could hear the kitchen screaming at the severs from where we were sitting upstairs that food was ready to be taken out so I don’t know what servers do. I did see them chat with each other and the bartender so maybe that’s it. About 45 minutes in we asked another server where our food might be and she returned a few minutes later to inform us our server JUST put the order in. To boot, the specials were on the board in the entryway so we based our meal off those«specials.» Turn out it was wrongly posted and was actually from the day prior. The sever just said«it was the wrong day and there was nothing she could do.» Paying the bill took far too long, long enough that I was going to leave but someone else in my party felt bad. It was completely ridiculous that she flat out didn’t care. Although honesty prevailed… I otherwise would have walked. I have NEVER thought about leaving, I figure a shitty server at LEAST wants to get paid… and the kitchen works hard, hostesses or bartenders work hard so I always thought it would be ashame to punish everyone because the server is unable for one reason or another to perform her job adequately or at all. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I probably won’t be returning… I haven’t experienced anything quite like this place. Hopefully this experience will be unlike any other. If one decides to attend I would allot a LOT of time, with the restaurant half empty there were parties waiting out front. From my short experience in Dover there are MUCH better places within walking distance, 7th settlement, thirsty moose to name a few.

Had the delicious buffalo chicken Cobb salad sitting on the nicely shaded deck today. The chicken was cooked just right and the«buffalo«seasoning not too overwhelming. Good attentive service. Lots of gluten free options for my hubby. We’ll definitely be back.
