We bought an incredible Norwalk sectional sofa in late 2013. We love it & the customer service Comfortable Home provided. Recently we had some issues with the sectionals coming apart. Dan, one of the owners, within a few days of contacting him, was here in our home resolving our problem. A great business, even a small one, proves it’s great not just at point of sale, but, as Comfortable Home has proven to us, when things come up down the road. We’ve referred many a friend who love our sectional to them, and obviously will continue to do that. Thanks, Comfortable Home.
