I was super excited to see Knightdale was getting a real farmers market! I mean, it is the perfect location since there are so many farms nearby.
My hope was that I could just go here instead of the Raleigh Farmers Market (which I love but I live in Knightdale).
I have been to the Knightdale one twice now and left empty handed. It is cool there are people selling crafts and bakes goods and promoting local businesses, but I really wanted some farm grown fruits and veggies and those were the two things missing! It was more like a local craft fair.
I hope they start to get produce. I will keep checking back!
Until then I will keep driving into Raleigh.
