Country Hearth Inn & Suites

Had to find a place last minute to stay. I was very pleased. Reserved the room not even two days ahead and asked if we could check in a little earlier than normal. They said that would be fine. When we walked in you could smell how clean the place was. We weren’t able to get a room on the lower floor because it would have taken 20 extra minutes that we didn’t have but they assured us to her room right away. The rooms were comfortable including the beds. Very clean. The décor was a little bit outdated. They had the old style bubble TVs,(what my daughter calls them… haha) carpet, fixtures, & wall art. The shower didn’t have as much pressure as it could have because it had a small leak where it connected the head. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very polite and quick to help with anything that we needed. We even ran a little bit over check out time as we were getting ready for a competition. We asked if they would be okay with that and they were. The only thing I really wish would have been a little bit better was the connection to the Wi-​Fi and to have had a tub in our bathroom instead of just a shower. The area was convenient to everything that you could ask for including a Walmart but was back a little bit off the road so it did not feel so busy. Overall, it was a nice little place to stay without blowing my bank. I would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area.

I will give this place 5 stars. I’ve paid much more for way less quality. They were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the large vanity and sink outside the bathroom area. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Chair in the room was clean (some, even in name hotels are not) the sheets were so white and the bed was made up to military perfection. I am very impressed. Carpets were nice and also very clean.
Curtains closed all the way. AC worked too well. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet.
They had a breakfast as good as most hotels. Waffle maker, cold cereals, breakfast sandwiches to heat in microwave. The juice was very good and undiluted as some do. Variety of pastries, fruit etc.
When you arrive here, keep an eye out as it is hidden in the trees. It is the driveway right behind the gas station entrance.
We would stay here again for sure.

For being the only hotel in Knightdale, this place is pretty good for the money. The price includes a continental breakfast, fresh coffee, the rooms are clean with microwave and fridge, swamp cooler. Don’t bother staying in Raleigh for I understand the area is questionable. Knightdale is a quaint town, not a lot happening here, but easy access to freeway for where you want to go.

Great hotel for the price! Rooms are clean and fairly spacious (though we did have a handicapped accessible room as my spouse is disabled). The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of amenities, such as a pool, but for the price, that’s fine. More amenities = more $$$. Breakfast is your typical continental style and it is good. In sum, I will definitely stay here again.
