Let me tell you a little bit about wife-torture. It begins with an innocent comment about light bulbs and next thing you know you have a cart full of home automation crap and your husband is taking down walls at the local Home Depot. It must be the scent of lumber that really gets to a man. He gets a whiff of it and suddenly he’s like the Chuck Norris of home improvement. It is simply mind boggling. Did you guys know toilets have wax rings around the bottom? What about that plumbing aisle? Every type of connector in every size except the one you need. If the time warp of the 45 aisles(yes, FORTYFIVE) starts to get to you, just visit the closeting area to be reminded how unlike Martha Stewart you are. Job #1 should you ever escape? Closet purge and subsequent makeover. Which would require more trips to the big HD. The horror! All I can do to keep myself entertained as we wander through the aisles looking at every kind of screw known to man is think about how I am going to enact my revenge. Will it be an impromptu parlay to the craft store for some«vase filler and just a few picture frames» or will I drag him into a Target for coffee creamer and visit every clearance end cap? Either way punishment will be swift because today sweet friends I’m getting the double whammy. It’s off to best buy after this… keep me in your thoughts. PS: I’m only kidding. This Home Depot is organized and employees are friendly which makes is moderately tolerable. It is a home improvement store after all.

My fiancé and I undertook our first big project together by painting three rooms in our townhouse. We had never painted before so we had lots of questions. All the employees in the paint department were very helpful. One in particular, Pat I believe, talked with us for 20 – 30 minutes answering all of our questions and giving us some much needed advice. We purchased all of the paint from Home Depot and while not cheap, it wasn’t ridiculous expensive either. Every time we go here to pick up a few random things at least one employee asks if they can help. Overall were very pleased with this store.

Improved customer service over the past year. I have been visiting this location for over 7 years, they definitely had a good push at improving the helpfulness of staff. Inventory is always packed, always find what I need. Would give this 5 stars if the garden section was compatible to lowes. Very few selections and lots of open space.

I like shopping @HomeDepot as they have a nice and friendly staff. One great thing is that they are cheaper than @Lowes so that saves me money. I like their app which tells me exactly where items are located at in the store, and how many they have in stock. And when I say exactly, I mean exactly with a map down to the rack, not just a ball park location. One thing I wish they had, was the push for help buttons like they have at Lowes hardware stores. That would be great as that is the only thing that is missing from Home Depot stores. #321

Why, why, why do I keep going back here? It is about the same distance as Lowe’s from my house but if I am running to Target sometimes I go here. I made this mistake last week. The people are never, ever helpful and that is if you can even find anyone. If it is a rare occasion when you get someone chances are they will act like you are a bother to them. I appreciate the self checkouts but many times this is the ONLY option here and the last time I went there were 3 cashiers just standing up there talking to each other and ignoring me as I was having trouble with the self checkout register. This place is in sharp contrast to the helpful people at the Lowe’s a mile up the road.

Invisible — This store you can walk buy a dozen employees chatting but get no help or anyone with any sense of product knowledge. It used to be they hired retired contractors plumbers electricians. Now just people off the street with no hardware knowledge or training. You can order«In Stock» products then be told it will be 2 weeks for delivery only to have your product further delayed an then arrive on site damaged and incomplete. If I don’t ever step foot in another Home Depot that would be perfect.

I go here too darn much. It is well staffed with people ready to help when you need it. I do wish the culled wood was labeled better but I shouldn’t be buying stuff I don’t need anyway. In short it’s like most all Home Depot’s which is neither good nor bad. The detail that stands out in my mind is the location, which is very convenient.

Very nice Home Depot. The location is easy to get to, and it seems well stocked. Service has been available when I needed it.
