If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst place in Tennessee to take your vehicle. DO NOT TRUST!!!

I little pricey but they do good work. A tire balance and rotation on an SUV was $ 45. I also had a nail in a tire and instead of plugging the hole they patch it. Which involves taking the tire off the rim for cost $ 27.
Of coarse they are going to look for other things that they can do to your vehicle and suggest them to you. This is completely understandable because they are in business to make money.
PS if you get an alignment done go ahead and splurge for the lifetime alignment. It will save you money in the long run.
Update to my last visit. Don’t bother with these people. They did an alignment but my steering wheel was off center. Had to drive all the way to FL with it like that. When I got back I took it in and asked them to center the steering wheel and left it with them about an hour later they call and tell me it’s ready so I go pick it up and drive to lunch. On the way I notice that my steering wheel is still not centered. So I took it back and told the little skinny guy at the counter my wheel still wasn’t centered. He goes and talks to the tech in back and comes back and tells me that it is centered and I must have worn out steering components. Lol I drive this thing everyday I should know if it’s centered or not and if I have worn out steering components. I told him I’ll take it somewhere else.
This place was much better until they expanded and Gary isn’t there anymore.

Don’t trust them. It seems they don’t always take advantage of everyone but they look for good opportunities to do so. I have had reasonable work done by them. That is why I went back to have my car window fixed. They clearly broke a verbal contract with me. My window is no more fixed now than before I brought it in. Here are the details of what happened in which I have proof of with audio recordings:
I originally called the merchant (All in one automotive) in March 2015 and received a worst case scenario quote. I’m not sure of the exact date. Anyway, I called them back on 4÷1÷15 at 4:25 pm. This call lasted almost six minutes. I spoke to Aaron at that time. I wanted to verify the previous quote was still good in which he did verify. In the original conversation I explained my driver side power window was not going up every time when I pressed the button. I also clearly stated that I wanted a worst case scenario quote because I didn’t want to invest a large amount of money in to it.
I spoke with Aaron again on 4÷23÷15 at 5:18 pm. This call lasted eight minutes. I explained the power window that was agreed to be fixed was not working any better than before my wife took the car in to them. Aaron said it would need an additional part and labor costing an additional $ 300+ above the quoted price. I reminded him that per our earlier phone conversation that I was told the worst case scenario to fix the window would be less than $ 400 including tax. He then started making excuses that they cannot anticipate everything that might be involved. He also said they would not be refunding my money and they would not fix the window without additional payment.
I believe the above shows that I have attempted in good faith to settle the matter with the merchant. As proof, I have recordings of the above and the initial phone call where the worst case scenario quote was given.

Do NOT go to All In One Automotive if you want an honest, reasonably priced repair. My mother-​in-​law has taken two of her cars there and was ripped off and WAY overcharged both times. The most recent (and last ever) time she went there, they charged her $ 1,400 for a job that was not worth anything close to that. For example, they charged her $ 663 for a catalytic converter. I called a muffler shop that I have used and they quoted me parts and labor $ 150 for the catalytic converter for the same car. They charged her $ 50 for one part (fuel filter) that costs $ 13 at AutoZone. They charged her over $ 200 (just for the parts) for spark plugs and wires when they cost $ 110 at AutoZone. Stay away from this business if you value your money, honesty, and fairness.
