Kohls is a conveniently situated store where i find a perfect present every time. Their earring selection is huge. They have rather classic and conservative stles that appeal to a large segment of the population.
They have also a vast selection of gifts for the home.
When it comes to fashion it is not my favorite place in an emergency situation it could work but that is just my particular personal opinion bexause i know some people that even prefer kohls. Its a nice little department store that works out most of the time.

I love the merchandise Kohl’s stocks and really enjoy shopping there up until my last visit (which really was my last visit). I had spent approximately 2 hours in the store getting gifts for my family for Christmas. My total was over $ 600 and when I presented my Kohl’s charge to the cashier, I was told I had to have a card with my name on it — not my husband’s name. I had never tried to use it in there before and it never dawned on me that a store could turn down business due to something this ridiculous, but they did. The cashier looked at me like I was a criminal or that I was stealing something or sneaking behind my husband’s back to charge on his card. It was embarrassing and I will never go to Kohl’s again. They lost out on about $ 5,000 — 6,000 per year in sales when they lost my business.

They have very good clearance deals!
It’s nice that they have signs everywhere. My mom and I came here to use the bathroom. First off the bathroom will have to be checked a lot more than what they are doing. There was no toilet paper in at least half if not more of the stalls I checked. I am a woman, I want to be able to wipe myself when I have to pee. There was also no paper towels in the dispenser. A few of the women in there had to use the toilet paper to dry their hands.
I did sign up for the yes 2 you rewards. The sales lady was very nice and helpful. The only problem was that the registers kept freezing on us.
Overall, I give 3 stars because of the helpful lady and that the clearance deals were easy to locate.

Terrible management at this location and often snotty, rude employees. Attempted to report an incident with a rude employee and the manager was dismissive and not attentive. Not the first time an employee has been rude here.
