If eating at Lorena’s 3 times in one week is wrong, I don’t want to be right! I found this little gem and haven’t looked back. As if my taste buds didn’t already crave tacos on a regular basis, I suddenly find myself looking for excuses to fit them into my diet. Let’s be honest, it’s not hard.
The staff at Lorena’s is super sweet! Those that don’t speak english light up when they realize that you are willing to make any attempt at speaking spanish. You will often find Lorena herself working in the kitchen. The food is top notch. I’ve even felt wild and crazy and ordered something other than tacos. I know, I know. I was surprised myself. The huarachas are fantastic! Whatever you order, make sure to order rice and beans to go with it. I could eat their beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are filled with porky goodness flavor! Try the pastor… you won’t be sorry!
Bottomline: This place is genuine, delicious, and cheap!

I enjoyed the food at Lorena’s. However, the tv was way too loud. My husband and I could barely hear each other over the tv.

My go to place for REAL Mexican food. Yes the menu is not in English and not all the waitress speak it either. The food is as good as it gets unless you go to Mexico.
