Taco Bell

From Duke to never going back. Today I used the app to order my food. Literally every person that ordered after me got their food first. From the time I clicked on I’m Here in the app to the time the food came out was 25 minutes.
But that’s not why I’m changing the review from four stars to one and blacklisting the place. The reason for that is the unwillingness of the cashier, manager, and kitchen staff to resolve the issue after I pointed out I’d ordered a long time ago.
About 18 minutes into this debacle I ask the cashier to check my order. She didn’t see it in the system at first. By this time even people that came in after me were getting their food. I continued to wait and they continued to fill other orders that came in after mine. They were arguing about if they should fill mine then or let it wait. Geesh. Just fix the problem.
Of course all of this is my opinion, but this has to be one of the most poorly managed Taco Bells in America. At the end I ask to see the manager. He was completely unapologetic. All he said was that they were busy. I ask for a refund and he acted like that was a big deal but did it. The worst part — I am (was) a regular here. So much so that one of their cashiers (a good one) actually knows me by name when I come in.

The icy is amazing, I went through drive though, very average, not a long wait! I recommend the Strawberry Starburst Icy they only $ 1.00 during Happy Hour starts 2pm ends at 5 I think

First time being here. The place is clean, staff friendly and food is tasty. That’s really all you can hope to expect from taco bell! Easy to access off of western Ave.

It’s taco bell. But, they remodeled and kinda cute. For a taco bell, it’s GREAT. Clean, nice people work there. Good food. Great setup. Good seating.

Gross! As almost all other Taco Bells are, this is a nasty restaurant with horrible customer service.
