This store is only a secondary stop if Staples happens to not have what I need.
I walked around the store for over ten minutes, walking up and down the aisles looking for Post-it’s. I passed five employees and not one of them asked me if I needed help and trying to get their attention was nearly impossible. It wasn’t until I complained that I got the attention of an employee working near by who hesitantly pointed me to the correct aisle like I was an idiot.
When I got to the register my sale items rang up wrong. I then had to wait for a manager to come over and override the price because the cashier doesn’t have that authority. They need to take a lesson from Target and give their cashiers that right.
I gave it two stars instead of one because of the great sales but I won’t be back unless I exhaust every other possibility.
