I have been here twice now and I am impressed. Penn Station has some of the tastiest subs in town. Their fries are awesome, but they are cooked in peanut oil. This is not the place to go to if you are looking for a healthy meal. The other downside is that seating can be limited when it is busy. Give this place a try if you are looking for a good sub sandwich.

First I want to say, LIVE for their fries. My husband is a vegan and loves their veggie sub. I love the bread they use also. Not too thick and overwhelming.
Next, I just want to say a big Thank you to the owner Jeff and his management team. I was traveling through TN to VA and left my purse in their store. Not only did he mail it to my home, my cash was still there! And I had everything in that purse. Not only my ID but CCs, passport, and SS card. I was freaking out but their honesty and kindness is something you don’t always see today. I will stop by there every time now when traveling through TN.

The subs here are delicious. The bread. Oh my… the bread. It is soooo good. The Reuben is unbelievable. We’ve also had the chicken teriyaki and the Italian – both were wonderful. Fries are great. The huge cookie is definitely worth the calories. The service is fine. We’ve never had any problems.

Let’s start by saying the food was fine. It’s a chain with standards, one would assume. However, service. I walked in at 12:10. My order was taken at 12:14 (it was not busy). I got my sandwich (the signature Philly Cheese Steak) 20 minutes later. If I had gone to a three star restaurant, I might have guessed that there would be a 25 minute wait, but a sandwich shop? Unacceptable. I will not be returning.

SO GOOD! Came here when I didn’t know what to eat for lunch and decided to give it a try and OMG! It’s so good. I reminds me of fire house sub but a lot better! Highly recommend it!

This place has the best subs. Just moved out here in October and have been here a dozen times since. I have zero complaints. Subs always made the way that I ask.
The staff is friend and helpful.
The shop could be a bit larger but other than that it’s great!
