The customer service was great… until you purchased it. After that, good luck. I financed $ 10k worth of furniture for my new house and never even considered this place, but thought we would check it out. Our salesman was amazing. But it was all downhill after that. After waiting for 3WEEKS for our 2nd furniture delivery to arrive(which our salesman pushed through faster) we were finally settled in and finally had a place to sit. My wife purchased a $ 100TV wall mount which we did not need. So I figured it’s never been opened I’ll just take it back. Unfortunately it had been over 30 days so NORETURN! Wait… what? You made me wait more than 30 days for $ 10000 worth of furniture but you won’t credit my account $ 100 for an unopened product? Ridiculous! I even sent an email complaint and they auto replied! Obviously this company could care less so I hope this review keeps others from setting foot in this place. Paid them off, closed my account, and took my business online. Never been happier. Lastly, my profile pic is my empty living room that they were nice enough to fill over a month later.

We went there to purchase a washer and dryer. The department manager told us he spoke with distribution and we agreed to a delivery date that worked for everyone. At 9 p.m. the day before delivery we were called by the store manager to tell us the department manager had lied, no one had spoken with distribution and the product would not be delivered as agreed, it would take an additional 4 days. I can’t believe the store manager called to inform me one of his employees blatantly lied to us and basically there was nothing he would do about it, but if we would like we could pick it up rather than take the free delivery. He offered to call me back first thing the next morning and, without surprise, we never heard from him. I can’t imagine how service would be after the sale if service is this bad during the sale.

We were told by Derrick smith to drive 40 miles to get our furniture while it was still on sale. I asked if they had what I wanted and gave the item numbers on the chair but didn’t know the love seat number oh yes oh yes we have it but limited so on my only day off 40 miles one way we get there and was told to ask for him by name so he could take care of us Derrick smith, well we were surprised at his lack of knowledge and inventory, we got the feeling he was in a hurry and told us look around and didn’t seem to care about our buisness even after we find out that he lied about having the furniture he assured us of having. We walked out to the car and he and the desk lady were headed off for lunch or break and he n ever said a word to us so I went back in and spoke to a white shirt manager and he found a wonderful lady named Andrea to assist us. They apologized for our experience and I told them I was not pleased by his behavior and he needed to be dealt with. I hope Derrick understands that we the people work hard for our money and to choose a brand like conn’s furniture we deserve respect and to be treated like we matter. Thank you Andrea for treating us like we matter.

Unreliable on PROMISED delivery of Washer/Dryer, so I now have time to waste at the laundromat to tell YOU about their idea of Customer Service. If you don’t want to read the whole story: Outcome is they VERYCASUALLY let me cancel a $ 1300+ order with ZERO attempt to make my situation better. We chose Conn’s over Lowe’s & Home Depot, both with sales that have now ended. Hey Conn’s, I’m new to Knoxville and need a houseful of furniture & appliances. Guess where I won’t be spending Thou$and$?? Back to my story: We were assured, promised a Friday delivery, computer checked & yup, they had 6 coming on Wed so definitely GO for Friday. Called them Thurs re: what time are they due on Friday? Ummmm, we don’t have your Dryer. MAYBE at warehouse Fri & when I pushed for Sat delivery not a very confident yes. Called the Husband, he was the one who ordered the pair & made sure, got that Promise, for Friday. He was furious. I called Conn’s for what now? We see 3 options 1. find us a white dryer & del Fri 2. sub matching colored pair, their cost & del Fri 3. cancel order. They chose #3. OK we’ll be in that evening to run the credit on our card. Gets better… When we arrive, we overhear the conversation between one sales person & the manager that they’d know several days before(certainly by Wed) that our Dryer was not getting to the warehouse in time for our Promised delivery. NOATTEMPTTOFIXITORINFORMUS. That sealed it, DONEWITHCONN’S. On the plus side, they seem fine with losing sales & returning your money. Gotta go, the laundromat Dryer needs more quarters…

First time walking in here, looking for a nice living room group. Not here. Mostly all leather. The prices are alittle steep as well. Wasn’t thrilled at all. No color. Just neutrals!
