Good vegetarian chili for a fair price. Lemonade was also very good! I got my complete mean for under $ 8. Veggie chili is hard to find, especially one that uses soy meat. You can also get regular carnivore meat chili and I’m sure it is just as good.

I really thought that this sounded really good it by the time you get halfway through it you realize that you just paid $ 8 for a bag of Fritos and tasteless luke warm chilli. The staff was friendly and helpful but overall the food left a lot to be desired

The chili and chips is a good lunchy snack. They have a corn bread side dish that is sweet.

I remember when Petro’s was introduced to the world at the 1982 World’s Fair(yes, in K-Town). They just slit open the side of a Frito’s bag and piled in the chili, cheese and fixins. That success was followed by several brick and mortar stores, and things were going fine. My most recent trip to Petro’s, however, was underwhelming. The veggie chili was not so fresh and seemed too oily, and the overall quality seemed unapologetically inferior to that of the good old days. I used to look forward to grabbing a Petro at the mall and doing some serious people watching, but after today I am not so sure I will ever go back for the Petro. As a side note, the people watching at the mall was fantastic today! I saw one of the best, most authentic and gnarly mullets I’ve seen in a while!

I’m from Texas, so I am not overly impressed with the spiceless chili over chips. Thanks – I want a chili pie, I’ll make my own.
