My interactions with R&M began with an online scheduled Service Call for our second floor AC. I received an email confirmation within the hour, followed by a phone call the next day, prior to the appointment. Tom came out to do the service. He was very polite and professional, called before he arrived and was overall very nice to work with. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong. I decided not to service the old unit(20 years old) and get a new one. Then I worked with Darrin, a Comfort Advisor, to pick out a new unit. Darrin was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and communicated by phone and email in a very timely manner. He was«extremely» helpful throughout the entire process. Within just a few days of placing the order, Josh and Brandon came out to replace the indoor and outdoor units. They were very polite and professional as well. They worked very quickly to get the units installed. They never complained about the tight space in which they had to work in the attic, they just got to work. They cleaned up everything and the unit is working great. My entire experience with R&M has been great. They were always on time. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They were always very professional. Communication was excellent.
